Box arrived open. I checked the contents against the parts list before installation. Everything was there. Installation went as smooth as can be having to access tight spaces. My concern is the design and the faucet doesn't match the pictures. The shape and curves aren't the right style. We were debating between this one, and one that would still work manually without battery. We liked this design better and thought it would be easier to replace one of same brand, but now design is off.

This worked great for a couple years but after that the sensors completely stopped working. We continued to use it as a normal faucet (using the handle), until one day we came home and the faucet was running all by itself. That left me paranoid that it could run up our water bill or flood our house. Looking to replace it asap.

We were doing repairs from Hurrican Ida so we decided to splurge and get a great new sink and faucet. The sink was a win and I absolutely love it. I loved the faucet for about the first 6 weeks but then it started to sag and the magnet does not hold it. Considering what this faucet cost it is so disappointing especially considering the brand reputation. I called Moen today and you can't even get a rep on the phone. (I've tried several times) I made an appointment for a call back with the automated system so we shall see how that pans out. Save your money on this one. :(

I purchased this motion sensor kitchen faucet 13 year’s ago and was impressed with the operation until within the first 5 years we had problems. As it turned out the control box needed to be replaced. The warranty did cover the replacement of the control box and the faucet was working fine again until just a couple of weeks ago. It started to drip continuously and the then the motion sensor quit working. I contacted the warranty department who gave me a number of possible solutions to try. After exhausting all possible solutions I asked if the control box needed to be replaced! That’s when I was told the warranty covering the electrical components had expired. When you purchase a product such as this you expect it to last.

I love the simple and easy nature of Moen hardware installation. And the clean look when you are done. I did have to try a couple times to get the Faucet's Smart Controller to acknowledge my wireless network, but once that worked, I now have it online and connected with my Echo device.

Installed, ran through all troubleshooting steps. Sensor lights respond, can hear something (valve?) trying to open but will not supply a drop of moisture. And yes, the supply lines are open. Have unplugged, replugged everything, new batteries, nothing. Seems like whatever valve is part of this is just dead on arrival. Note--> this faucet will NOT work at all without power, even the handle just provides a signal to the box. So if the electronics go south like with my new unit, no H20 for you.

It is very nice. I like the top non touch area as well as a brief one lower on the faucet.

Bought this because it has a lifetime guarantee. Only week old,, It is pretty and works well. Easy to install easy to use. No problems at all.

This moen faucet is amazing! 3 different ways to turn on. I especially love the motion sensor! Just swipe your hand over. Looks amazing in our kitchen!

It’s beautiful and no chance of inadvertently running the water on own. The sensors are very smart.

The handle on this faucet strips and false off every couple of months. The base also strips out. We have had to hire a plumber to come and fix this about 6 times. I wouldn't buy another one of this style construction.

It was very easy to install for someone who was not really experienced in plumbing, and has made my kitchen look so modern! I love how I was able to connect my google home to it too! I love the touch turn on, that tells you the temperature of the water by color. Overall truly impressed.

Not only does it make my life so easy but it helps me be more productive. I have to say this faucet was extremely easy to install. I have only installed 1 other faucet. It seems like a lot of components but its truly not. The instructions are easy to follow. I did have to purchase different water connectors because of the lines that I had. They had adaptors for it which was great. The faucet does connect to an Alexa which you can ask Alexa to turn on and off the faucet. Also how much water to dispense and what temperature. The U by Moen comes with their very own app where you can control those things. The sleek design is very versatile and fits in any kitchen look. I love that it has the pull down sprayer. The faucet is also motion sensors if desired. I am in love with this faucet and if I could I'd give it a 10 star review.

Installing it was a breeze and took less than 30 minutes to do it by myself . Having kids in the house who love to splash water all over the place has made owning this spit resistant faucet more enjoyable . The pull down sprayer pulls out with ease . My oldest daughter likes to waste alot of water that I have to pay for so telling the faucet with the voice control options was exactly what my house needed beings I can tell the faucet the exact amount of water to let run. My daughter doesn't like that so much but she isn't the one paying the water bill lol . Settimg it up with Google assistant was very easy also . I plan to purchase the power supply adapter so I don't have to use the battery running feature on it . There are so many great benefits to owning this faucet .

The faucet is fantastic and works better than anticipated. The plumber had no problem installing it. The Plumber also installed the Elkay sing and KitchenAid garbage disposal. I got them all from HomeDepot and love the new look.

Faucet was installed today and our impressions are very positive. The Arbor design looks great and being able to pull down the hose to turn on the spray is nice. Plus it goes back to regular flow automatically after you turn the water off.

I installed it and a new sink yesterday (2nd Friday in January) and I love it! To any folks out there still reluctant to get a motion-sensing faucet, let that go and join the club. This is the "wave" of the future. Just a wave of the hand over the top sensor turns the water on until you wave again to turn it off. Placing an object or a hand in front of the lower sensor turns the water on instantly and off again once you move away from it. The oiled bronze finish is luxurious and installation was well thought out and easy to do. Just watch the online video or read and follow the directions. Don't be a "know-it-all fool" and rush through this or attempt it without reading the instructions. The set-up process is very specific and it works right when you do it right. (yet it is clear and easy to understand) This is more sanitary than using an old faucet if you have dirty hands (from handling meat or being muddy/greasy) and yes, you absolutely can select the water temperature by keeping it wherever you like before you place your hand under it. I will need to be more aware of where I place my hand/arm when working around the kitchen sink (I've inadvertently wet my sleeve a few times), but learning to use a new product and changing some of my old habits is a good thing. We replaced an older Moen faucet with this one and we are Moen customers for life!

We install and have to replace many faucets, Moen is one of the best brands hands down. This faucet didn't disappoint, easy to install and works like a charm.

The sensors stopped working. Sometimes the faucet turns on randomly. After a year the handle has fallen off. This is not a good design. Definitely feel like we paid way too much for this faucet.

I really like the faucet and it has really amused everyone that uses it even the plumber who installed it. I do wish it could be hardwired rather than usibg six AA Batteries. I will have to see how long they last in the coming months.

I am constantly attaching the handle cap or cover. The design is such that a snap on is used. Once wore down, it never works the same.

Easy to install and assemble. Works as expected. Will probably save water now that it shuts off when hands are removed from underneath the spout. So far, this is a great product.

disaster. Hose constantly breaks MOen phone is always busy never answer emails. Three hoses so far. Sink cabinet flooded. DO NOT BUY this. They say they will answer email but NEVER do. Crazy. I paid $750 for this faucet. Motion e=never works constantly had to be reset and hoses break frequently and MOEN does not follow up. Nightmare.

Attractive and functional Kitchen Faucet Overall, we are very happy with this faucet. It looks nice and functions well. I do really like the added height of this model compared to the older faucet as it makes the cleaning of pots and pans much easier. Pros: - Good height for cleaning - Install was a breeze - Pull down spout has a switch to toggle between a stream, spray, or hold the switch to stop the flow of water - Handle can be positioned anywhere Cons: - For the price, I would like to have a complete package including the AC Adapter - Hose connected to pull down spout has a weight that should pull it back into place when you let go. Somehow the way the pipes run under my sink, the weight nabgs against them when I release the spout. The location of the weight is adjustable, but I have not been able to completely avoid the pipes. And this will be true with other faucet too, but this is not a deal breaker for me. This is a good faucet and give it 5 stars.

This faucet was all I expected and more. I particularly liked the ease of operating the pull-down sprayer--no pulling or stiffness whatsoever and the ball swivel design of the sprayer works so smoothly. I love the fact that you can use the Motion Sense (front sensor) or disable it and use the Wave Sensor (top sensor) or not or skip both and operate manually. Moen should definitely include the AC power adapter as part of their package--I did have trouble getting the battery pack to work with the sensor but eventually got it going. The AC power adapter is ordered separately and it's hard to figure out which one to order--it is also expensive if you buy directly from Moen--you can get it for much less elsewhere if you know which one to buy. Moen's website didn't accept the model # for me to register the faucet online--very frustrating and difficult to figure out. I just mailed in the warranty card instead. But despite all those things, I still love the faucet and would buy it again. FYI, the 12 o'clock position for the lever is for hot water, 3 o'clock is cold, and in between is warm--their instructions don't make that clear.
