Great product, with the exception of the finish. Some red spots showing thru the Black. The only thing that would make this Fireplace better for me,is to have the heat come out the bottom instead of the Top. Then you could lay in front of it and feel the heat directly. Assembly was a snap. Center support for Top of Mantle was not up to snuff,but works.

Great looking product, really made my family room like nicer and classier than just having a normal tv stand. Pros: Looks great, easy enough to assemble (did it with little help from my pregnant wife at the time), Fireplace is very pleasant and everyone that visits always compliments us on it. Cons: The heater does not blow more than 4 or 5 feet out, slight red marks like others have said along the edges but they aren't that noticeable from far away and you could always use shoe polish or something to hide them if you wanted. Well worth it when on sale which seems to be every Black Friday, really sorry we missed out on the sale two years ago because it sells out fast every time it goes on sale.

I received my shipment promptly and in perfect condition. I assembled it myself with no trouble but when it came time to load the fireplace unit into the case I found the unit to be a little warped and not quite even. I left it free standing so it could be adjusted. The fireplace looks very pretty and throws quite a bit of warmth and the case itself is well constructed and beautiful to look at. Unfortunately the heater makes a good bit of noise when on and I first thought it might be broken. Then I read other reviews and apparently this is the norm. Issues aside I really like it and am glad I bought it.

My wife had always wanted a fireplace in the house and when I found the Media Electric Fireplaces it was a great match for our space. Really upscaled the look of our family room, the fake fire looks great, the heater is nice but unfortunately it doesn't blow as far as I'd like. However if I reversed my ceiling fan's flow that would probably help with distributing the heat from it. I do have the red marks on the edges of the wood that other people noticed, but from far away you wouldn't notice it and you could easily use shoe polish or a marker to cover it. Other than the heater the only reason I docked it one star was that when it was all put together it wasn't as solid as I had hoped, still pretty solid and I might have been able to get it tighter if my wife wasn't pregnant and just watching me put it together by myself.

It is very well made and does a great job heating our Mobil Home it was easy to put together arrived in good condition so far no problems with it.

I AM NOT HAPPY, THERE ARE RED MARKS ON THE EDGES OF THE BLACK FINISH IN 7 OR 8 PLACES ON THE CABINET, THE FIRE IS NOT REALISTIC AT ALL AND THE HEATER IS NOISY............ THE CHARMGLOW FP I REALLY WANTED, YOU DON'T CARRY ANYMORE.

This product is very good in comparison to other products I researched. It was easy to construct and the directions were complete and accurate. The price is very competitve with other similar products I considered and was therefore drawn to purchase this one.

Great value for the price. Easy to assemble and was delivered quickly. Perfect choice for a 47" flat screen tv.
