Love this rug! It was packaged in such a way that it laid completely flat from the minute it was rolled onto the floor. It's very soft to the touch. The color combination is soft on the eyes. Delivery was prompt. It exceeds my expectations.

I was very hesitant to order a rug that I hadn't seen or felt. This far surpassed my expectations. It is less gold than it appeared on my computer screen and more beige with some light gray. It has a lovely texture - the wool has kind of twisted 'bubbles' which are very soft and between those rows are small lines of jute. It's very cushy without a pad and it soaks up sound in a room with high ceilings that was 'echoey' since a remodel (which included installing Calibamboo floors which we hated to cover up w/ a rug). Highly recommend...we LOVE it!

This area rug is exactly like the Pottery Barn version, but less expensive. It came before expected & looks amazing. I highly recommend this all natural wool & jute area rug. It completes our room, and it's soft underfoot, unlike full jute rugs. The wool makes all the difference. We purchased a pad as well. There's no odor & little shedding. Our lab loves it, too.

This is such a great rug! Its incredibly soft, and looks amazing. I was afraid it would have a strong smell when we unwrapped it- but it didn't have a smell at all. Its the best value for the price- and trust me, I shopped around everywhere for a 10x14 rug of this quality for this price. I strongly recommend this rug.

It seems like it's a good rug, but I didn't unroll it and will be returning it. It is a lot lighter than it looked on my screen. I was disappointed that it didn't have a backing. The description said that it has a latex backing- and maybe I'm completely misunderstanding what that is supposed to mean- but this rug is not lined. I was willing to pay a little more because I thought the rug would hold up better than an all jute, unlined rug- but not willing to risk it for this price tag.

I purchased this rug for my dining room. It's beautiful and soft. I did think from the description that there was a built in rug of, however there is not. I kept it regardless because I really like it and it's high quality. It is easy to clean and vacuum. You will need a rug pad or it will slide on a hard floor.

Absolutely stunning, thick wool/jute rug. Soft underfoot BUT you do feel the roughness of the jute weave. Not an issue for me but my husband didn't like it. Wish this rug could have worked because it looks like a million bucks! Highly recommend.

This rug was nice but emitted an odor that made everyone in my home including animals, deathly ill. It's a strong smell of pesticide that permeates everything from the cats fur to drapes, clothes and upholstery. Such a shame that this should happen especially since the description claims low VOC.

This is a nice and thick rug. Very soft on the feet. I placed it on my radiant heat tile floor. I have not noticed any shedding yet and I've had it for 3 weeks.

Nice quality. Definitely need a gripper underneath if you have a dog. Wife loves it so I like it!

This rug was beyond all expectations and I am very pleased with my purchase. It is very well constructed and feels nice and soft to the touch. The quality of the weave is outstanding.

Great rug

This rug was as described. It's thick and chunky. It's nice to walk on barefoot. We've had it down for about 3 weeks and i haven't noticed any unreasonable amount of shedding. We have also moved some furniture around on it and there has been no snagging. It's definitely nice for the price and it was quick free delivery from Home Depot.

I found this rug online at a different store, but Home Depot's price and return policy was better so I bought it here. I was a little worried about the rug since the reviews weren't the greatest on HD's site, but the other site had more positive reviews so I went with it. So glad I did! We LOVE this rug. It is soft under foot and doesn't shed that much. The first time I vacuumed it, it filled up the entire canister of my vacuum, but since then, it hasn't been too bad. The smell of the jute took about a day to air out, but we didn't do anything special for it, just rolled it out in the living room. This has the perfect amount of color and texture for my living room and is so soft. What a great buy!!

The rug has higher loops than I expected from the picture but it is very comfortable on bare feet. The colors are tans and cream. My golden retrievers fur blends in nicely! Best price of all the online companies offering this rug. Excellent delivery time - just a few days!

This rug is gorgeous but not at all practical if you have it in a room that has a lot of activity. To begin with, the rug is not backed and slips and slides like crazy. The wool is not secured with the jute weaving and snagged when I walked across it. It sheds volumes. If I kept it, daily vacuuming would be a necessity. Needless to say, I will be returning it tomorrow.
