carpet crooked not square
the carpet is not straight at the edges . was hoping that is would relax and improve it been a month now not better .looks almost like it got wet on its edge and expanded . can send pictures if required .

Overall appearance is pretty.
It was folded during shipping and after several weeks of foot traffic still has wrinkles in it. It also has picks in it.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Amherst rug. We appreciate your input. To reduce creases and wrinkles, we recommend reverse rolling the rug and leaving it in this position for 48-72 hours. Beautiful rug but gave one less star since it was uncomfortable under bare feet, so I returned it. Terrific/fast delivery by FedEx and easy in-store return at Home Depot.

Color is not what is shown
The rugs are quite nice, but if you are expecting a rug that is CREAM ON TAN you will be disappointed. The rugs I received are cream design on TAUPE! Big difference!
