This toilet should have been one of top of American Standard toilet. I purchased my Champion 4 toilet due to its brand. However, this toilet has serious cracked. I am very frustrated to purchase on brand that I trusted.

The Customer Service would not let me see and measure the packages. I could have picked them up and taken them home in my van. However, using the total dimensions offered in the add, they people there told me it was too large and I had to hire a truck. It turned out that each toilet came in smaller packages, that were easy to move. Their reluctance to assist me cost me more moeny than necessary.

Not overly happy with the flush

These people don’t know what they’re doing when it comes to ordering they don’t email you telling you it’s in or it’s not in save yourself trouble if it’s in stock buy it if it’s not in stock go somewhere else

Fine workmanship with all the pieces working well together. The color matched a seat we had pre-selected making it perfectly match the room. The packaging was poor though surprisingly adequate, two simple boxes with little or no insulation. Some how Home Depot delivered it, the stool box opened but all intact. This was the second unit I ordered, the first from another big box retailer, delivered in a much larger and very well insulated package. It however arrived in a million pieces. Though it was refunded they would not allow me to reorder so I turned to Home Depot and was totally pleased. The only change I wish American Standard would consider is having a deeper lower flange, the depth which the outlet port and support collar project from the bottom side. If it were more than the inch the base could better work with the crocked pipe flange I have which extend on the back side almost an inch from the floor. As it is I had to prop up the entire base to work with the raised pipe. Not a fault just a suggestion.

Special order with HD for a bone elongated toilet. Received a linen bowl and a bone tank. The box for the bowl was labeled bone, so it might be misslabeled at the factory. Now I have to order again, and wait the week for the delivery. Will I have the same problem with the next order? I really need to replace the old toilet.

Unfortunately mine has an obvious cosmetic blemish. Otherwise nice toilet — second I have installed in my home.

Unfortunately I had to have the out of the box rubber phalange inside the reservoir replaced twice due to irregularities that resulted leaks. It was 3 days before I had a working non leaking toilet

Easy to assemble and works well

Toilet is quiet, efficient. Much improved over older version of the same model.

Great toilet...water saving, easy to install, looks elegant. I recommend it highly.

This toilet is great, with the exception of the flapper. due to the power of the flush the gasket gets worn out quickly.

The tank top has a little flaw that is seen when the seat is down. The color is awful… had I seen it beforehand, I would NEVER have purchased it! And the toilet seat cover is a horrible “match”. So disappointed.

Need to send it all to gather not piece by piece
