After waiting 8 days for delivery to local store, the box was damaged on the top. When curb-side was loading it, I heard rattling. They said they inspect all deliveries and it was just the hardware rattling around inside the tank. I looked through the damaged box hole, and it appeared to be ok. When I opened it at home, while it was indeed ok where the box was damaged, the bottom of the toilet was broken. When I returned it, they said it is out of stock and they couldn't order a replacement, not even backorder it. Although they returned my money, I had to re-order a more expensive model and am still waiting on it to be delivered. It too was supposed to be delivered in 8-10 days. It has now been 17 days.

Compared to my 30 year old American Standard toilet, this one is a giant improvement. We have had this for two months now and the wife loves the easy clean feature. Instead of everything going round and round and not going down at all, this one goes swoosh and everything is gone. It is very quiet on refill and flushing just one low sound of a swoosh. The color of linen matched my bathroom very well. This compact elongated toilet is perfect for a small bathroom. The seat was not included, but don't worry, you can buy a better seat that fits perfect called a Bemis Atwood slow close elongated real enameled wood in biscuit instead of the cheap plastic seat that costs 3 times as much form American Standard. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and did I mention that it is very easy to install by yourself with a YouTube video from American Standard. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

Where did all the rim-flush toilets go? This new way of flushing—no matter what they name it—with the one large jet hole at the bottom leaves the rim and bowl unrinsed and requires not only holding the handle down the whole flush, to get any bowl rinsing, but WAY more maintenance cleaning routine.

I wish I would have know that to flush the toilet, you have to hold the handle down to complete the flush. You don't just flick the handle down and walk away, you must hold the handle down until the complete flush takes place. I would not have purchased and installed this toilet if I had known this ahead of time. I do not recall reading this or seeing it in videos that this would be required.

This is the best toilet for the money and performance I have ever owned. and used. EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE AND STYLISH. I would highly recommend this product.

It does have good features, but it keeps breaking down, the water flow filler broke and would not stop filling the tank, that had to be replaced. The flaper was sticking and had to be replaced. The toilet seat broke. American Standard is replacing the defective products but it is a plain hassle.
