We are waiting for the second tub to be delivered, which is setting our project back 2 weeks. The first tub was installed and when we water tested it, it started to leak. We believe there is a crack somewhere as it starts to leak when water reaches the first jet. When we received the tub and took it out of the package, it had what looks to be drywall dust on the top of the motor and some pipes. I am not sure if that means it was sent back by somebody else after they installed it and found the leaks, or if they don't clean off the materials that land on the tub before they ship. In either scenario, their quality control is lacking. I will know more once the next tub arrives if it comes in the same condition. Unfortunately I can't rate much more of the tub as we didn't completely fill it when it started leaking and it takes them 2+ weeks to ship out a new tub.

The tub was easy to install. The American standards pre fit everything to connect to heater and overflow.

Smaller than expected

the cadet 60 in. are good for the exceptional of the two foot jets, are too for apart butover all the tub is good and I like it. Thanks Home Depot.

Nice and wide. Kind of short and the engine is loud. Got the heater and it’s a great add to keep the water hot. My installer loved it and didn’t have any issues. Make sure to have the 24”wide access panel for the engine maintenace.

This tub is worth every penny

Very nice tub But the jets should tilt down more because if you turn it on the water it will spray out of the tub

Easy assemble. Clean looking

Seems good, comfortable. Was deeper than orginal tub so needed to raise the deck. Was concerned about redoing the rough opening but almost messed up the height. They should put that with rough opening or if it is I almost missed it. Plug is very, very short, need to move outlet. Looks good!

No problems for me. I bought the optional heater. Water temp definitely does not drop. Just be sure to put enough water in to submerge the jets well. All work well.

The tub has wasted space with built in arm rests etc... and the jets arr totally in the wrong places. Not sure if tgey couldve been placed worse. Very strange

I bought the tub the switch to turn it on was lose when they delivered it so i looked for the part everywhere an you can't find it. so now i have a 1400. tub not working

Our house flooded in Hurricane Harvey and we replaced our previous whirlpool tub with this one. Very poor design! There are 2 jets high up on your back, not at the height of the other 6, that can't be closed off or pushed down enough. You CAN NOT learn forward for any reason (turn water off, make adjustments to jets, grab soap, shave you legs, ect.) when the jets are on. If you do water sprays EVERYWHERE! It's even difficult to turn the jets off over your right shoulder without water spraying everywhere! So upset, because I had high expectations for this tub, especially considering the price! And after all of this hurricane mess and NOT having a tub to lay in for 9 months I was looking forward to relaxing in my tub. We are unable to actually enjoy having the whirlpool :( DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY TOO!

Comfortable and roomy.

I ordered this tub online and it took about a week to get to my local store. Install went smoothly. The jets are Postioned nicely. I think the jets feel slightly weaker then my last jetted tub and I would have liked them to be a little stronger but for the price it was still a good deal.

Looks, great and spacious.

I don't know why I waited so long. This tub is roomy, comfortable and relaxing. The heater that was installed keeps the water temperature hot. The jets are fantastic especially the ones in the lumbar area. A great getaway at home.

We love our new American Standard Tub. It will help with my bones and physical disabilities.
