Great tub at a great price. Very happy that it matched the American Standard Ovation Surround in Arctic White. Sometimes the whites do not match, but this was a great pairing.

Great price, lowest anywhere for this same tub. Delivery to store and help loading to truck excellent. Looks beautiful great soaking tub, easy to install I just watched someone else do it.

I'm so in love with this tub! It is great for soaking. I find myself putting my little ones to bed a little earlier than usual just so I can take a long hot bath. It also holds heat really well! I didn't need to add more hot water.

Taking my first bath in as I type this. I love it so much. But I'll tell you it was a pain to level, took 3 hours, but worth the money and the pain. It's so relaxing.

I purchased this tub for a light bathroom remodel. We wanted a tub that was contoured, comfortable and deeper than the average bathtub. For that purpose, it is working quite well and looks very nice. My only issue was the underside of the bathtub where plywood "legs" were embedded in the fiberglass and made it impossible to use a mortar bed for setting.

We just had this product installed by professional plumbers. The one it replaced was another brand- 10 year old model that spewed out black gunk. We tried cleaning it 40 times with bleach and other products- to no avail. We are excited to try out this everclean model. It looks beautiful and is the right size for the space we have. Very happy with product so far.

Very nice tub. It looks great in the newly remodeled bathroom. I wish there was information for repair kits and color match paint or acrylic for them. Chips easy.

Overall a quality bathtub. One problem that we encountered was in using the layout diagram in the installation manual that we downloaded from the Home Depot web site. We used the diagram to install the rough in plumbing prior to receiving the tub. The center line for the drain and overflow was off 1" from the tub that we received, thus making it necessary to adjust the rough in to match the tub.

It was very hard to install this bathtub. Shape was not even. One side of the bathtub was lower than other.

We purchased this tub during a recent bath remodel. We could not be happier. Keep in mind this tub is about 20" high, so you need to step over the apron to get in it. Most tubs are lower to step into. However, once you are in, it is wonderfully deep and comfortable to soak in. We had a friend install it and he did not support it properly, so each time we filled it with water, it would sink about 1/4"-1/2". Since we had finished the tile surround, our only solution was to cut the dry wall off the back wall, so we were able to come in from the back side of the bathroom, through the foyer wall and have the tub supported underneath. Now it is as solid as a rock.

I wanted a tub that could be used for a great soak and also to use as a shower. This tub is perfect for both! Very deep with molded arm-rests and comfortable back to rest your head. Ledge is wide enough to handle candles and a glass of wine while the hot water and bubbles completely emmerse you! Easy-to-clean surface with no-slip bottom.

The apron on the Cadet 5 x 32 bath I purchased varied in thickness along one flange from 1/32" to 1/4", thereby making the subsequent tiling job very tricky because the overlaying cement board had a noticeable twist. In addition, the assembled drain components were out by 1.5" from the overflow hole. After a lot of head scratching I realised that the overflow hole had been drilled 0.5" higher than the position indicated on the engineering drawing in the accompanying instructions. The other 1" of the error was because the American Standard drain instructions for this tub call for the length of the down pipe to be cut from 14" to 13" - do this and you'll have the problems I did. Home Depot graciously refunded me for the cost of the drain kit because American Standard (AS) refused to as no damage to the house had been caused. AS also refused to accept that their instructions were faulty and that the hole had been drilled in the wrong place, even though I offered to send them the photos indicating the measurements and highlighted details of the incorrect instructions. I won't be buying anything made by this company again - I can't believe that in 2011 a manufacturer can't make an accurate fibreglass mold, or that they treat their customers like this.

We tiled our own bathroom and needed a new tub. The cadet makes our bathroom so rich looking. We did have a friend put the tub in for us. I have not found anything bad at this point. You will be happy!
