Very nice faucet, smooth lines, bright finish, easy operation. 20-inch attached supply lines connected directly to our existing under sink valves.

Great product long lasting service. Last one had over 20 years. Still worked never leaked. Wife just wanted a new one. If you want a good reliable bath fixture American standard is the one.

The new faucets have a great look and were easily installed. I am just a homeowner with no plumbing experience but the install was very simple and one that was completed in a fair amount of time. I’m glad I made the decision to purchase this.

I just bought three of these to replace our pre-mature aging Delta faucets. As a retired engineer and avid DIY, I have to hand it to the folks at American Standard. The cast brass body and fine chrome finish are top-notch and will last much longer than cheaper pot metal body faucets. The new cable activated pop-up, which installed in 30 seconds, eliminates all of those cumbersome clamps and rods and made these the easiest faucets I have ever installed. The faucets are solidly secured in place with husky hand turn mounting nuts and the braided stainless supply lines are long enough for any installation. Instructions are excellent. My only complaint is the white "foamy" sealant ring around the drain flange. The amount of material is somewhat skimpy and on two of my three sinks they did not adequately seal, so I removed them and used plumbers putty. Also, the aerator's flow restrictor screen is much too fine and repeatedly plugged, despite a through initial flushing without the aerator in place.

Relatively easy to install - most of the instructions are for installing pop-up drain which is not on this model. Found that water on top of the sink around faucet leaked in - didn't want to risk overtightening locknuts onto shanks so applied caulk around faucet - this seems to have corrected the problem. Faucet works well so far, no problems.

Low water flow @ 1.5 GPS. I live in Chicago, we have a lake. With current water savings trends we will see more low flow faucets but I still prefer the full flow 2.2GPM. If you are concerned about water consumption just turn the on handle less and you still have the option of a big burst when needed. As far as styling goes I don't see much that catches my eye in design, not only with this model but the whole current market of faucet design lacks from all the manufactures. Some of the older discontinued designs like cars are classic and should be brought back. American Standard, Moen, Zurn all make well constructed faucets with a ceramic control valve good plating etc. I returned this faucet mainly due to the the low 1.5GPS flow rate and what pushed my decision over was lack of appealing design. If the design was outstanding I would have kept the faucet despite the low flow. I did find a commercial faucet that flowed 2.2GPM else where which I bought, although it to lacked good design.

Brand new to us, but so far, perfect! Even the connections are already on and they're the heavy duty wire lines, not plastic. Great quality faucet - solid.

Model was not what I wanted. I took back to store to exchange, but none were in stock. I received my refund without a hassle. The model sent was not complete. It did not have the pop up drain. This was a special online deal that expired. I could not reorder at the cost of the 1st order. It was about $30 more. I found one online with drain for the same price as my 1st order..

Easy to install . Water Supply lines were long enough to connect,and there wasn't any need to buy additional water supply lines. The NEW drain Pop-up design connection was TOO easy and works like a charm. It was the easiest faucet that I ever installed.
