It took a couple of months waiting to be installed. I was replacing a 1970's regular small tub with this. Fit perfectly. I had the inline heater and suggested high overflow drain added also. I was able to have the shower doors re-installed but if couldn't, that would've been OK. I had them and wanted to keep if possible. Great whirlpool operations.

I have had this Jetted tub for only two weeks. I shopped for months before choosing American Standard. My installer had many years experience installing jetted tubs. He tested before installation, and mixed fresh mortar to set tub on and mold to the bottom for added support. I had him install a wall switch away from the tub to turn off power to the GFCI plug operating the in-line heater. This allows the usage without heating up the water to 104 degrees, when you want a cooler therapy bath. I had read many reviews and some had complained about the water being too hot. I love the in-line heater for nice heated therapy baths, but spouse does not. Tub is solid when you step in, no creaking or popping of the fiberglass. The acrylic finish is very smooth and easy to keep clean. I have used it several times and the tub is very quiet. My installer put higher quality Velcro around the access panel to adhere it to the tub better, and close all gaps.

We installed this tub as an undermount and it is just beautiful! There is no tub in the market this deep, with whirlpool AND heater that is not TRIPLE the price. Careful installation is key- but the end result is a perfectly designed for laying back and soaking, with jets, experience! The whole family loves this tub!!

First and foremost, thank you, American Standard for putting the water intake inlet down by the feet where everyone is their thinest. For that alone you get five stars. I mean that only makes sense, right? Still so many brands put it right at the hip where women are widest. I did have space issues but didn't want to go with a 32 inch tub because I am a little bigger than I was when I was thirty. But a careful look at the specs revealed that this tub is just as roomy as the wider tubs. But it takes less water to fill and is nice and deep also. I was a little nervous that because of its shape that I would feel cramped, but I don't. The only issue I had was that I was a noodle after a long, hot, soak and had a little difficulty getting out of the tub in the end. Didn't have that issue with my old shallow tub.

Not at all. The interior size is much smaller than most tubs that size so it’s very misleading. I will be returning it.

The tub looks great and is easy to install, however don't forget the special drain kit, that probably should come with the unit, but must be purchased separately to complete the install. Overall good product.
