This toilet was excellent for my very small bathroom of my kids

The flush force could be more powerful, a little weak. The filler valve on my toilet was defective, needed a replacement which American Standard said they would send. Other then those two issues the toilet is fine.

It’s much easier to find toilets with a 10” rough in. This toilet was easy to install and works fantastic. You can’t ask for anything more. Thank You!!!

The toilet works but has a very low flow. It takes two flushes to clear the bowl. I installed the toilet in a newly constructed rumpus that I added to my garage. Waste and water lines are brand new and have perfect flow. So the problem is with the toilet itself. The toilet had to be ordered and seemed to be ok as I unpacked it. After getting everything installed I noticed that the flush handle was broken. I called the store and talked to the manager about the handle. She told me I would need to bring to the whole toilet in and have to wait for another one to be sent out. I opted to just buy a replacement handle for $5.00. I feel that the manager should have been willing to help me out. Uninstalling a toilet, repackaging it in the original packaging, taking back to the store and waiting another two weeks was not an option.

Product ordered online, for store pick up; it took seven days from Riverside, CA to Cypress, CA, a one-hour drive. Tank had to be shimmed to stay level as it only has 2 bolts. Then the base broke after 5 days. Absolute junk. American Standard should be ashamed of putting this on the market. This is the THIRD time Home Depot has asked me about this product: first, they asked about the tank; second they asked about the base/bowl; now they ask about the 2-piece product. 'Nuff said?

Carefully check this item. Mine arrived with a cracked tank. I only discovered this after the new bowl was already installed. I ended up using the old bowl, which wasn't ideal. Can only return 2 items. HD out of stock now, so sent me to the vendor to see if they could get me just the tank. We'll see how that goes..... Suggest carefully inspect the items before leaving the store.

The flush handle was broken. I had to run to the store to buy a new one so the installers could finish before they had to leave. Other than that, we love the small size and it works well so far.

Packing flimsy and thin...arrivived crack...special order....waste of time....no more in stock anywhere!! Even competitors!!

this toilet was ordered TWICE and both times came broken (the ceramic). I had plumbers arranged for both dates. Finally a different toilet was purchased in a store. Do not order this for delivery. It might be a fine toilet, and HD might have a fine price, but as long as the delivery people break it, it is worthless.

I would not recommend this toilet. It does not flush well at all! It usually takes 2-3 flushes for it to work, even if there is no solid waste. Now I'm probably going to have to spend so much more money to get another toilet, get this one removed and the new one%

The plastic flush handle broke off within the first 20 flushes. Obviously needed to replace it. Home Depot said they couldn’t help and that I needed to call American Standard. Several days before they could send me a new one, but I need to use that toilet. Frustrating!

Good in water savings.

I am very disappointed with this toilet. I selected it for size and the 10-inch rough in. However the flush is incredibly poor, and it has a long time to refill and hisses. If I had known how weak it is, I definitely would have sprung for the Toto.

Would recommend this toilet because it has a 10" rough-in dimension. Found Delta to be a better quality.

What can I say - it's a toilet. It works well. My only complaint is that the flush handle is on the right side which feels odd.

Great if you need a 10" Rough In. The flush lever was cheap plastic and poorly painted, we replaced it right away, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

This toilet arrived in two pieces. The tank had a crack in it so the plumber had to reinstall the old toilet. So far I have spent $250 to have the toilet installed and still have the same toilet. My question is should I be expected to pay for another installation if and when the tank arrives. I believe that Home Depot should have picked up the whole toilet and replaced it with the same unit. I am expected to wait until the manufacturer builds another tank, so far I am being told May 15th. Needless to say I would have expected better service than this.
