Damaged during shipping as they didn’t tape the box closed and it all fell out jumbled against each other in the outer shipping box. It’s like amateurs who never ship anything sent it.

It took me a long time to find a faucet that I liked and could also afford. This one seemed to fit the bill. I was torn b/c this brand has gotten some negative reviews being that it's changed ownership many times and the parts are no longer made in America. We decided to roll the dice on this one because I loved the look. After being installed for 3 weeks, I am already seeing rust around the drain. I expected we'd have trouble b/c I was warned but not 3 weeks in! It also drips. I purchased a new faucet from a different manufacturer and will not be able to use the sink in fear that water around the handles will rust the marble, too. If I could give this faucet negative stars, I would.

I am absolutely in love with this faucet. We haven't yet installed it, as we've hit a few road blocks with our remodeling. The quality appears to be really, really good. Strong and durable. I'll leave another review after this is installed.

This fauset looks great in my bathroom. I am quite happy with it. It looks expensive but at a reasonable price. It also come with a drain for the sink. I would buy another one for my other bathroom when needed.

But I wasn't looking for convenient, I was looking for a faucet that would complement my Art Deco sink. So what that you can operate a single handle when single handles are so ugly? I haven't had this faucet long, but it does what is supposed to. I think the cross handles are great and achieve the look I wanted.

This is a really classy looking faucet. We love it! It was easy for our plumber to install. It looks great!
