less than two years old and have to replace the magnetron is bad, also, fan is very noisy

Thought it was too big,but certainly glad I purchased it. Works very efficient and I wouldn't change a thing .controls easily read,directions are cool.Used every day several times a day.Don't know what I would do without it. Thanks for making it.

Bought to replace another over the range microwave that lasted 13 years. This one seems ok so far. Pretty easy to install and seems to cook well. Only thing I don't like so far is the bulb that lights up the stovetop. It came with a 40 watt bulb that wasn't very bright and did not last long (2 months). I could not find another 40watt bulb in that size anywhere, not even the Amana dealer that I bought the microwave from had the bulb. I had to settle for a 25 watt bulb from a local hardware store. They really should put 2 bulbs in this model.

We lost on 25 yr old amana and wanted a similar product - this was as close as we could get ( our 25 yr old one had more/better features! ) The only 1 really annoying thing so far is no "1 touch cooking" but we will get used to that -- overall the quality and function is great

This is a really nice micro. Looks great and it is really big. Better for big kitchens.

My husband and I bought this unit to replace an older microwave. When we used it for the first time could not believe what we were missing out on! It cooks and reheats perfectly. We have thoroughly enjoyed this microwave.

exact fit to space for width and depth, its a little bigger in height but not a problem for my installation. paid extra for installation and well worth it, old one weighed 54 lb and was above glass top range. a two man jog done in 10 minutes removal and install. very pleased. last Amana worked for 19 years.

the product fit perfectly to the listed dimensions. Very slick, clean look to it with easy to understand directions making installation a breeze. Very impressed with all the features and the price point was much lower than comparable microwaves.

As a disclaimer, I have only had this microwave installed a month or so. I usually don't write or read reviews from new users, but this microwave replaced an almost identical model 8 years old. So I was already very familiar with how this one should work, and so far it has done exactly what I expected, or even more. I like the sensing mode which the old one did not have. It does a better job defrosting meats than I could, and does a great job on popcorn and reheating leftovers. It's great that Amana was able to keep the best features and add some good new ones. One thing we especially appreciated was that the outer dimensions were almost exactly the same, since it fits into a niche in the cupboards over the stove with very little extra space.

I bought this model to replace one I owned for many years. Was shocked that the mounting attach points have changed! Thought mounting within brand was standard and not change. Over the range lighting was reduced from two to one and moved to back which makes bad lighting. Overall design is simple and bland. For some reason this model does not look as good as my old one. Overall this model features and use are average.

This microwave has everything I need. It is quick, very efficient, and has many features that make life easier. Easy to use before even reading directions. I love the Add 30 Seconds feature.
