Just installed this floor. This product is beautiful! It looks pretty even when it is a little dirty so hides dirt well. Installs fairly easily if one is a little handy...I'm a 5'4" female age 66 and installed it with no problem and very short learning curve. Cleans up great (dropped paint on it and can't even tell).

Love , love, love this product.i have had sure ultra on my bathroom floor for 5 years. I am doing another bathroom and using it again. The product is beautiful. Looks just like travertine without the care and grout . Installs east right over existing ceramic tile. Best luxury vinyl ever.

Install fairly easy. Measure, score with a razor blade, snap on a straight edge like a stair, bend back over to snap remaining fibers, align and drop as instructed, beat in using a tapping block to ensure 'set' joint, beat short edge vertically to 'set' short edge joint. Tapping block and 'pulling bar' a must for last edge closest to wall.

I couldn't be happier. Easy to install, easy to grout; the entire project took about two hours. 100% improvement on my old worn out 1" square tiles. Covered a 5' X 5' NYC bathroom with one box. I first used the grey slate version in my kitchen reno and decided to try these for my bathroom floor. Very Very happy I did! I did caulk all of the areas where the tiles meet the walls and tub.

This product locks nicely on the short ends but does not lock on the long ends unless you have cut it shorter. We have long gaps that we can not fix so dirt is building up in them.

Needed a thin tile or my fridge wouldn't fit... this one fit the bill. Reading other reviews, I was a little skeptical about installing it myself... female, in my 60's, kitchen with a good bit of cutting... It was a relatively easy installation. Tiles snapped cleanly following several strokes of utility knife. Set cut edge on a piece of 2x4 to break when cutting thinner pieces. Bandsaw worked great for irregular cuts. To "lock" tile tightly into groove, I placed a piece of 2x4 on edge of tile and tapped w/ hammer (Not the locking part of tile, just top edge) My floor is tight. LOVE the look and feel underfoot. Only problem, just about every bottom tile in each box had the tongue of tile broken at least a little.

Photos do not do this flooring justice. It is beautiful! I was afraid of having any kind of "pieced" flooring because of our home's age. Our professionals installed this right over existing vinyl and it is gorgeous!

Installation was straightforward, smooth and without issue. I installed about 4 boxes of this Agean Travertine tile. I really like the new 'droplock' end seams; it works much better than the old connection method where you had to angle the ends approx 10 degrees to lock.

Product is good & easy to install, but packaging & handling is not good. Some tiles has broken locking edges. because of damaged locking edges, waste % is higher and there is minor gaps between some tiles ( you can notice in first picture.. Over all look good after filling gaps with putting.

Now that the kitchen flooring project is done, it looks great and most importantly, the Mrs loves it. Installing this flooring is beyond the scope of most DIY homeowners. If you read the reviews from other users, this product is NOT "easy to install" and it is not "installed quickly". You must take your time, you must have a laminate installation tool kit with a rubber head mallet and you must follow the instructions. It is easy to clean with Swiffer wet pads and a motorized floor sweeper. I found that a jigsaw with a fine tooth blade made was excellent for cutting out notches in the flooring when working around cabinets, doorways and closets.

            Love the look
I can't say this floor was easy to install. I know my nephew struggled because it is an odd shaped bathroom, and the small pieces are hard to fit. I love the way it looks and feels though. Very thick tiles and I think it will wear well. We put it over an existing vinyl floor which was a selling point.

Only use a Pro to install... He won't like you when you are done.....
We had a Pro install our floor and he was very unhappy with the product. He said the tiles are poorly designed in regard to the click and lock. Some of the seams are invisible, others can be seen easily. On the click and lock there is a small plastic bead that breaks loose easily and then gets trapped and won't allow the tiles to seat properly. He also said he would rather install stone tiles than this stuff. There is also not enough variety of patterns.

              Water resistant flooring
I used it on a small half bath replacing carpet. Box arrived with some broken keyways. I was able to arrange the layout so they were trimmed off but if you were doing a large area it would have been inconvenient. Used table saw and chop saw for trimming. Pattern not the most realistic avalible. Has textured surface. Was somewhat difficult to minimize seams even with a staggered pattern. I do not know why it is call resilient, it doesn't feel soft.

              Beautiful! But difficult!
This tile is absolutely gorgeous! It's darker than I thought it would be but I can live with it. Sooo glad we had a pro install-he said it was the hardest vinyl flooring he's ever done. But he does agree the quality is great.

I LOVE THIS TILE! But thank goodness we had a pro install it! He said he has never had such a hard time installing vinyl before-said was as difficult as wood plank flooring.

                  Very Happy With this Product
We had our basement Pool Table Room and TV Room done with this flooring. I paid a contractor friend to install it. All I know is that it was a learning process doing the first room, and easier doing the 2nd room. Also, one guy did it all himself. This was in 2012 and still looks great near the end of 2015. These rooms don't get a lot of traffic so there's no visible wear, and the product looks and feels very resilient. I wouldn't hesitate to put it in a high traffic area either.

                    My installer hated it
I purchased this floor because I wanted a white 12 x 24 vinyl tile. No one makes one, unless you can afford to pay a lot more. You either get 12 x 12 or some kind of pattern in white. Don't believe the review that says it looks like marble. It looks like what it is. My installer hated it. Said it was the most difficult floor he has ever installed and won't be doing this product again. That said, the end result is nice as it is a sturdy floor. There were a lot of dark patterns. Not what I expected. I went through them and laid them out before installer arrived. I found enough lighter colored tiles to satisfy me. Not crazy about the pattern, but it seems like a very durable product.

                      Difficult to install
Once the tile is properly installed it looks great. The problem is getting the tiles to properly get that "click" sound and perfect no black showing along the seem. It is important to thoroughly inspect each tile out of the box to verify there is no burr along any of the edges. The instructions show pushing the tile in place after aligning the short edge. Our experience has been that it is easier to kneel on the installed tile and to pull the next tile toward yourself after aligning the sort edge. If you still can't get a snug fit use a block and hammer with a scrap piece of tile to protect the edge.

                      deep scratches
One year after installation, the flooring in my kitchen has many deep scratches. These scratches hold dirt unless scrubbed with a brush, which makes it a pain to clean the floor. I was expecting a much tougher product. The old linoleum that it replaced did not have this problem.

                        Good flooring
I've installed this in my kitchen, happy with product. Installation at first is a bit tricky but using a laminate flooring kit (hammer, pull bar, spacers) makes the job easier. When jamming tiles into place, need to be careful not to hit the edges too hard to avoid damaging the front finish. Overall floor installs very well, good product.

                        Great Result/Frustrating Install
Triple to quadruple the estimated ease, time, and effort required to install this product. It is not nearly as easy to work with as available advertisements, instructions, and videos would lead you to believe. There was a steep and often unpleasant learning curve involved. An anticipated week long project (897 Square feet in our basement) turned into a month long project. I had serious doubts as to whether I would ever finish until about 50% done. I sought out the "HD Store Expert", who turned out to be a person who had never actually installed Allure Ultra. Other HD staff gave authoritative sounding information and advice that proved to be clearly wrong. I had to teach myself, with some help from reading online advice from other DIY installers, which was sometimes also useless. Depending on the situation with each tile, it took finesse, force, sweat, patience, pleading, tapping, or a combination thereof to get the desired result. (Hint: It seemed to like being installed much better at 72 degrees F than 65 degrees F. Maybe warmer is better) The finished project turned out beautifully. Family and friends inspecting the floor just loved it. It appears to be as durable as advertised and looks and feels great! Now that I know what I'm doing, I'd use this product again. I cannot recommend it to someone who has no experience with it, as readily available accurate information and support is just not there.

Beautiful floor! The floor looks better installed than I had hoped for.
Home Depot installed the Carrara White Allure Plus in my kitchen and dining room and I am very pleased with the appearance of the floor. The floor is quiet when walking and is not cold when walking barefooted. Very happy and would recommend the product! Definitely glad I purchased the molding for the transition into the entry and family room.

                        Beautiful! Wonderful product!
This is the second property where we have installed this product. The first was a bathroom and we liked it so much that we decided to install it in the kitchen of the second property. These are both rental properties so we look for durability as well as appearance. It is gorgeous! We will continue to use this product for both kitchens and bathrooms.

                        Great Product
Product has great quality. Looks very nice and easy to clean. After several trys to install it, I finally got the hang of it. Do as the instruction tell you and you shouldn't have any problem installing this flooring. Just remember put it at an 20 degree angel and it will go together nicely. I didn't need very many tools to install this flooring. Rubber hammer works great, to tap into place.

Free shipping to store. Arrived in just a few days. No damage to any pieces in three boxes. Installation was a breeze. Easy to cut with utility knife. Snaps together nicely for tight fit. Can't hardly see the seams. Love it. Would definitely recommend.

                        pretty decent
I thought this floor went in pretty easily once you got the hang of it. We put it over a slightly uneven floor and it went in easy, but now that it is settling you can notice it a little bit. We chose vinyl over laminate because we have 2 dogs that slobber all over the floor and thought that way it would not warp the floor. The drawback however is that you can see every water drop and every paw print on this floor. I have found that it is best cleaned with a steam mop with the finger mop head to avoid seeing streaks, so that is kind of a pain. Overall it is better than the cheapo vinyl roll that was in before and we would do it again.
