Love this sink, so happy I bought this one! My plumber brought a sink & actually said that my sink was better quality, sound proofing & it came with a rack, his did not!

I like the overall looks and function of this sink. What I don't like is keeping it stainless. If you don't wipe it dry after each use it leaves stains. Not to mention I have scratches on the bottom of the sink. I purchased a mat for the sink and it left water marks.

Purchased the above sink approximately 4 months ago and when first installed, loved the product. Recently it started staining and the stains cannot be removed. I have tried multiple cleaners all to no avail.

I love my Kraus Undermount Sink!

The sink is nice and deep but water spots are terrible, and it began to show rust spots around the drain within the first week.

I am not satisfied with my purchase. This sink was installed for less than a week by the time it already had MULTIPLE scratches, for normal use. Also, no matter how much I clean it, it never looks fully clean or shiny. There is no reason why this sink should be rated anything above one star. Very disappointed.

First, we were amazed at how extremely well packaged the dual Kraus sink came!! We liked the fact that it had the drainer baskets for both sides, although we will only use one because we have a garbage disposal on the other side; included was a small microfiber towel with the Kraus name embroidered on it. We just had it installed today. It looks beautiful and seems like it's going to be easy to clean. So far, we are happy and will recommend it

This is a really super nice sink was bigger than expecting but worked out. looks good durable it seems .hope lasts.

We really like this sink. The bowls are nice and deep and it is well made. It came packaged very well, I am not sure how it could be damaged unless it fell off the back of a truck. My husband didn't have a problem installing it. We would definitely refer this to other people.

Cut out template provided. You dont need plumber putty for the drain comes with a rubber gasket. Very nice stainless steel sink

Beautiful sink, extremely well packaged, but rusting after just three days. Extremely disappointed, can't pay for another sink and the labor to change them out. Don't buy this sink!

This sink was very carefully packaged and came with a drain assembly. It was exactly the advertised size and used securing clips that were very adaptable to different thickness counters. At 16 gauge, this sink has a solid feel and in operation it’s very quiet because of the applied insulation. Finally, this sink proved to be a good value and Kraus shows obvious pride in its products.

Kraus could otherwise be spelled Q-u-a-l-i-t-y, From top to bottom. Simply put, this sink is the best quality and the best value I've seen in any store. Not only is this a solid 18-gauge sink formed with top-flight stainless steel, but you even get the strainers. And not just bare bones, but artfully designed ones that are far better than what I've seen on store shelves, not to mention the ones from my old sink. A strong sense of quality began for me with the packing box. Despite being cardboard, it is not just one thickesh layer. The whole box is built with a separated double layer. And that double layer saved my sink, because I found a gash bashed into the bottom of the box that penetrated the outer cardboard. My growing dismay turned to wonder when I took the sink out and discovered that another thick cardboard wall as well as 1/2" of stiff styrofoam had not been breached. But the quality continued. The sink came wrapped, but not in a thin sheet of plastic; rather in an actual fabric bag with a draw string. A sturdy reusable one that will come in handy. The full-size Topmount Template made it easy to determine how much to enlarge my cutout. The illustrated documentation was grammatical, simple and clear. The sink itself was flawless, No rust, blemishes, dents or defects whatsoever. Just clean, shiny stainless steel, with all elements and clamp channels perfected in line. The bowls are much deeper than my previous sinks, except maybe my laundry room tub! And with the sound absorbing pads, the sink is quiet to use. Plus, it went in with a minimum of fuss. Before buying this sink, I saw a few comments complaining about the clamps. I can say that I had absolutely no problem with their design. Perhaps those folks had special situations, but for my older formica countertop, they were a snap. Once I enlarged the opening to the right size, the sink slid in and all ten of the clamps went home with only the expected discomfort when crawling under a sink. This sink has the quality that has eluded me for many years, like those tools and hardware from the old days that were not built to break prematurely, and are still in use today. So this sink may be around for a long, long time -- unless I choose to replace it with an even better Kraus sink.

Sink is nice looking and very quality made. Only problem was replacing old sink hole had to be bigger to compansate for metal bracket that pins down sink to counter top. Love this sink.

I wish I could give this sink 10 stars. Couldn't be happier with my purchase. I've been in the house a year now and the sink still look brand new after a year of heavy daily use.

This is a quality sink with nice deep bowls. I like the strainer basket feature. Because my sink spans across a corner space, it was tricky to install. But the outcome was worth it. The directions/reading material "Read before starting" said that the sink was not intended for laminate countertops. GASP! Installed it anyway and later found information online that stated the sink could be used with a laminate counter top. Confusing information for a purchaser. Overall am pleased with this high quality Kraus sink.

I'm definitely satisfied with the sink purchase. It adds an amazing level of quality to our overall kitchen.

It's a nice looking sink, heavy gauge material and well insulated. It was well packaged from the factory, but we opened it at the store before bringing it home - and all checked out OK. As others have mentioned, the template doesn't give you any margin for error: the welded mounting rails are within probably 1/4-3/8" of the outer edge, so make sure to measure twice and cut once. I would give it 5 stars, but the design has a couple nits: You can lay a bead of caulk around the perimeter of your cut to sit the sink down onto, but the shape of the edge is not conducive to making a good seal. Their instructions say to put a bead around the outside after the sink is mounted, which wouldn't look good IMO. The other minor complaint is that under the right angle/light you can see hints of where the mounting rails are welded to the stainless. 99 out of 100 people won't notice them, but I'm kind of OCD like that. Overall, I'd recommend it - nice looking drop-in sink and the nice quality is apparent in the finish. Would be great if they included a drying rack, but that's asking too much.

We are very happy with our purchase of our new deep double bowl stainless steel sink. It was very easy to install with no fuss or any mess. The new kind of strainers require no silicone or plumbers putty. The quality and appearance speaks for itself. For the price you cannot beat it. With the name Kraus, it has to be good. It is a kitchen sink worth having.

Perfect choice for our remodel. We enjoyed our first Kraus sink so much, we chose Kraus again for our most recent remodel in a different home.

I've had this product for about two weeks. Delivery time was fantastic and the product could not have been packaged any better. The instructions were very straightforward and the product was easy to install even for a novice homeowner. Once installed the sink looks fantastic in my kitchen, I went with a stainless steel faucet to match and the combination offers a clean sleek look that goes great with my dark countertops but would also go well with light countertops. I highly recommend a sink from Kraus as well as Home Depot's Delivery.

The sink is beautiful and very high quality. It's depth at 9" for a small kitchen is greatly appreciated. The only "negative" comment came from the plumber who installed it: He would have preferred a metal rather than plastic pipe with the drain assembly which can crack if tightened too much (which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.)

Easy to install, unfortunately the corners lifted leaving a gap.

Love our new Kraus sink and faucet. It really does have great sound proofing. I also like that it came with drains and strainers. Nice touch that the drains come with bottom and top seals and don't require plumbers putty. Easy install.

I am happy with the sink. It was delivered quickly and very well packaged. The measurements fit exactly the hole from my old sink, so it was relatively easy to install. The clips underneath are pretty good...on 3 out of 4 sides they worked perfectly. One side was kinda tight so they were hard to get in and ended up a little crooked (no fault of the sink though). Since it's a drop in sink, the lip rests on the counter, so the clips are just holding it in place, not really weight bearing, plus you have the silicone. I did get some scratches on the sink from normal use (washing pans probably) in the first week, and expect more to come. I wasn't being careful or anything, and I don't really mind scratches so it's not a big deal for me. If scratches matter to you then either you need a more expensive sink (or do all stainless steel sinks scratch?) or some protective mat for the bottom. Overall, I would recommend the sink.
