The bath and shower kit is installed and is very nice, we are enjoying it very much. It was a bit tricky for my husband and son to install because they have never done this before. They did a great job and so glad that it's installed!

Beautiful tub but very cheaply made after I installed the tub I notice a hairline crack on the right side corner, considering the the money I pay for it I would think it be a better product I would like some one to get back to me. Now I’m stuck with a crack tub.

The first unit delivered to the store was cracked in four places! The padding and packaging of the tub is very minimal, so be sure to inspect the tub carefully before you accept it. Installation of the tub was challenging for me, since the walls and floor were neither level, plum nor square. Since the shower enclosure requires pretty tight tolerances, any prospective customer should be VERY careful to read and follow the rough-in dimensions. This is crucial when the shower valve is installed - as the position of the valve must account for the offset (1-5/8") of the shower enclosure from the wall studs. In addition, the flanges around the outer edges of shower enclosure and bathtub distort the flatness of the drywall that will surround the unit. This means that you either need to shave the back of the drywall or plan on using a lot of joint compound to flatten the surrounding walls. Adding the window trim package made the installation even more challenging. The final installation came out well and met my expectations - but I had to work pretty hard to achieve that result.

I'm a do it yourself homeowner, so I picked the tub and walls because the video made it look like a good product that would be easy to install. However, when I went to install the tub I discovered the front apron was cracked. Now I'm trying to get a replacement.

I never received all of the item and I can't seem to get a PERSON to tell me what to do with the tub since the shower wall never came and I had to purchase another item. Can I just return it to a store? I have a claim in via paypal to get my money back.

Easy to install and looks amazing. No complaints.

Set was delivered without the opportunity to check it out.After I opened the boxes a few weeks later.I notice the walls are cracked.Called Home Depot and got full credit.Decided to tile walls instead..

The product has a low price, arrived without damage, and was easy to install. The built-in pocket shelves, however, are too short and not flat enough to be of much use.

It looks nice except it had a defect that wasn't noticed until it was installed

After living with my Sterling unit for about a month, I would give it a rating of Fair. What was suppose to be a five day job, ended up being a five week job and more money. This was primarily due to Kohler Sterling's poor quality control as my first unit had a crack in the back wall. Sterling wanted my contractor to remove the wall and tub, return it to HD, then order a completely new unit. That would mean I would be without a shower for weeks. Finally, Sterling said we could just exchange the faulty wall piece when a new tub/walls unit arrived at HD. Then on the back wall of that unit, we noticed a defect. Sterling sent some one out to view the defect and then days later, a tech came and repaired it. so I ended up with a refirbished item at full price. Too bad, Sterling couldn't just overnight the one piece and then I would send back the defected piece, instead of waiting days for a new order to arrive. I paid my contractor extra money for his extra work.

Defects in panels and the store help had NO clue of what to do

First tub was damaged so it was necessary to order another which also had some minor damage. The unit is not easy to clean due to its rough finish. The shelves do not accomodating large bottles.

It's very easy to install by yourself only downfall is if your not working in a square area it won't click together nicely.

Had to return 3rd one ordered. BUT HOME Depot very good about refunds!!

Came cracked

The product was shipped twice. It was cracked the first time. I sent it back. Second time still a small crack I repaired and used it. Not a pleasant incounter

tub and surround were good .some nicks in surround .installed anyway due to time frame to complete job.

It didn't install the bath and shower enclosure but it seemed easy for my friend who installed it. It looks beautiful! It looks like a bath fitters tub and shower enclosure but alot less money.

Replaced an old cast iron tub, really not sure what to expect with this tub. So far it was easy to install, looks great. Will be installing a walk in shower, using the same product. Satisfied with our purchase. Hoping this will last a few years!

As with the previous reviewer, my tub/shower showed up damaged. Unfortunately, I had already torn out the old tub before noticing the crack in the new tub rim. I had to temporarily install the damaged tub so we could bathe while waiting for the replacement. Despite the inconvenience, the quality of the product is good. It was much better than any tub/shower combo available at local home improvement stores. Home Depot's customer service was refreshingly top notch.

Showed up damaged. Second delivery didn't come due to a car accident and road blockages. Contractor shows up tomorrow and shower won't be here until the next day barring any setbacks. Aside from all that it will look good on this project.
