If you are buying, buy at the store only only. The box consisted of one simple standard box with no padding or any type of shipping protection just the pot inside. Because the second replacements came in the same box I expect the maker is packaging and must be new with no experience in shipping for UPS.
I did not recommend buy because you might be shipping....nice pot but stupid...stupid packaging.

Love this Planter!
We love this planter, it's very decorative yet more durable than comparable flower pots we've purchased. there is a beautiful and natural looking texture on these. the planter feels very thick and strong, theres also rubber plug for drainage
