This product worked very well as underlayment for LVP installation. I loved the built in tape! This was also very economical compared to other brands names. I would recommend!

Got this after reading reviews from the cheapest and expensive ones. I got this to prevent mold and mildew but not sure if this works. The cushion was felt when I stepped on the new flooring vs just hardwood and the footsteps are not obvious so it delivers. The subfloor was prepped to reduce or eliminate the squeaking noise prior to application and the areas that we can’t do anything more was fixed by placing this underlayment.

Used two of these Roberts Airguards for the concrete floor in my finished basement as placed underneath new Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring installed to replace carpeting when the house was built in 2015. . Lining up and connecting the sticky-taped seaming from section to section was extremely easy to install and work with and, while the plank flooring has padding of its own, this extra seal and protection works well for my basement floor.

Easy to install. Like the features. Gives the floor the exact cushioned feel that we were hoping for. With AirGuard the laminate on the concrete floor doesn't feel like boards on cement.

We did a small room for my wife (she shed) 12x20. We used this product to place under vinyl floor. Works but were not able to find red color only blue but after calling company I was assured color does not matter. Did not giving 5 stars due to how easy it tears.

This stuff is awesome. I typically use the cheap one and it’s a pain to work with. This ones more money but actually lays flat and you get something for your money, unlike the cheap one. I will always use this in the future

This floor underlay was very nice. It lays down easy and has a flap at one edge to use for overlapping rows without adding anything but minimal thickness. This was so easy to work with while installing. The 2mm thickness was just fine. One must be careful when installing as it can be torn easily if you slip with the hammer or lay any power tools on it. I mainly was attracted to this material over the others because of the 5 in 1 properties. It was not the most expensive nor the least expensive, but somewhere in the middle. For my needs I would certainly use it again. I purchased the larger roll to reduce the overall square ft cost and eliminate the need for multiple rolls of material. The only complaint was that about halfway thru my roll I found it had been spliced by the manufacturer and it was a very messy splice which had to be removed to allow it to work correctly. All in all a great product and worked well for my laminate flooring.

Great product. Easy to work with and the adhesive strip to bond sections together is clutch. However, for two pieces of plastic bonded together with some styrofoam balls in the middle, it’s pricey. Consideridering per roll there’s probably $5 in material.

I found this underlayment to be extremely easy to work with. The directions are clear and concise and the overlapping flap and built-in taped edge made rolling the rows and connecting them to ensure full coverage quick and easy. With the built-in microban "dots" lining the rows up edge-to-edge was also extremely easy. The roll is huge, but lightweight and totally manageable to work with. I purchased this particular brand because I have 3 dogs and wanted an antimicrobial underlayment for my new floor and I'm extremely happy with this product.

Placed under laminate flooring in the garage.

I have been using this product for years and the only gripe I have is when you get to vertical seams (when the roll ends). There should be a side lap ending the roll.

I would definitely not purchase this product again. the product was inconsistent in width. and had delamination issues making the center of every roll worthless.

Installed 10-27-2018. Bulk is way to go. Arrived in 3 days. Easy to use. Make sure to have a razor blade to cut it. Bought 2 rolls and one roll had some large wrinkles in it from factory. Sticky overlap is nice to have vs trying to tape seams. Overall- if you are handy it is a breeze. Would be nice if it had some printed cut lines for reference when measuring to keep square cuts.

Easy to use make my flooring very smooth no noise ... I apply over concrete keeps floor warm!!!

Nothing else comes close to the quality of tbis padding especilally foe an older home where flooring has a tendency to sag or be slightly uneven. For sound deadening and ease to install ot can npt be beaten.

This is great underlayment for plank flooring.

Just ripped out 1200 sq ft of 25 yr old carpet and linoleum. Live on 2nd floor of condo. Concert flooring had mold cleaned recommended cleaner. Painted with mold killer primer. Durable. Zero issues loved it

We just recently installed this underlayment in our basement and the whole process went very smoothly. Having never done this before, I did a lot of research and also spoke with the sales guy at Home Depot and he was very helpful. He recommended this for our basement because we have a concrete slab with in floor radiant heat. We haven't had a history of moisture or anything but the fact that it breaths via the airways between the beads was a cool feature. We took advantage of a sale Home Depot had on this underlayment. We only needed 350 sq ft so I was going to buy 4 rolls of the 100 sq ft but ended up getting this for less money and so I have a lot leftover, but I'm sure I can put it to use in the future. Installing was easy. The beads didn't go all over for us, like some people said, they'd fall out here and there but it wasn't frustrating by any means, just kinda funny more than anything. We used a utility knife and a pair of scissors to cut along edges and corners, worked great. The tape worked really well too. We did put a hole in it when we weren't careful moving boards around but that was easy to patch up with some flooring tape. We would roll a section, lay the floor, then roll some more so that we weren't walking on it the entire time and I think that was a good practice. Overall we're glad we went with this option and hope that it does it's job! Product arrive on time and easy to installed. Works good on bamboo flooring, fit tight and sound barrier, and help the floor level. Good product and will use it again!

Works great under floating floors, the tape is a bit hoakie but works well as long as you take your time

Had laminate installed with this product underneath. No echo or loud tapping when we walk! Its great! What a great value!

The floor sounds horrible with this underlayment, wish i would have went with something like a pad to help sound effects. it was easy to install.

Installation is easy to form for any size/shape room. After using this product for my floating floors, I haven't heard any creaks while walking on my floors and am very satisfied with it.

Excellent product, good cushioning and vapor barrier. Like the taped overlap. Just a little messy with all the beads when you cut it and if you are not careful rolling it out, you can dislodge a lot of the beads and make it lumpy. Overall, very happy with it.

Putting the product down was easy to lay out and the over lap had a self adhesive to help seal out the dampness, with the laminate on it it is very quite.
