The way that you tilt the blinds could be improved.

The blinds broke within a few hours after installation. The vertical strings that attach the blinds to the top detached on one side (right side) leaving a large gap at top. It was crooked and unusable. Thank you Home Depot for your great customer service in addressing this issue.

Easy to install

Easy enough to install, but the main characteristic we were interested in was the 'wandless' opening and closing. As far as we can determine, it is impossible to have the blinds both open and extended to the bottom of the window. When you open them the bottom raises, and when you lower the bottom the blinds close. We had one trimmed to fit a window so we couldn't return it, but we did return the untrimmed one and replaced it with a 'wanded' blind.

The instructions were the problem. I could not figure out how to install them.

Great product

They look nice enough. Easy to open and close. Tilting the slats to allow both light and privacy is tricky & counterintuitive.

Did not like the look of the blinds.

Cordless is good but does not have rod to open and close blinds. Very strange. Does not work very well. Can only adjust them a couple of ways pulling up and downPaid to have them installed or would return them.Don't think it was stated (or wasn't very clear) that they aren't like normal blinds.

Cord broke after 4 days

Two of the six blinds started to fall apart during installation. Design fault. Had to do a work around.I would not purchase again.

The cordless mechanism worked poorly for changing the tilt angle of the slats. Also, on at least one of the blinds, the cord broke within a few minutes of installation. It was frustrasting because we had hired a professional installer (the installer commented that the quality was sub-par from what he usually sees.) We returned the blinds and bought instead the generic Home Depot brand blinds which were cut-to-fit in the store. These were much more satisfactory.

poor product - pulled down (after installation - which is very simple) to cover the window and snap, the cord broke....this is a mini blind with 2" slats - returned product and bought the faux wood equivalent sold by HD. The latter operates without cords, but uses a wand to open and close the slats.

I had 2 problems with this blind. The instructions did not pertain to the bracket that was in the box. Hard time figuring it out. One of the slats had an extra perforation. Will probably return for a new blind. Overall it's very pretty and was exactly what I was looking for.

We've had these blinds for about 3 months. They function good and it is nice not to have to deal with any cords. However they are emitting a chemical smell that has not gone away yet. Its kind of a sulfury/burnt plastic smell. The smell is stronger when the sun is hitting the blinds. If you are sensitive to chemical odors, I would not recommend these. I'll be replacing mine if the smell continues much longer.

This blind fell apart the first time I used it. The cord on one side came apart. Not a good product.

We love these. Not only do they work great, they look the part too.

We bought these for a door, to match the cordless version we bought for a window in the same room. They look great, are easy to install, and function smoothly.
