Does not come with seats
The seats are listed as included with stem. This is not true. If you install the new stems with the old seats it will leak. Have been unable to locate seats.

It works with some rigging
The wax ring in the stem that is supposed to keep it from leaking is to big so it leaks. The only fix I could find is to wrap it in plumbers tape. This stops the leaking but makes them stick when turning them off and on. Since Sterling doesn't make them any more though its better then nothing so its not like there's another choice.

Wasn't the same or exact replacement....but I made it work.
Good quality unfortunately not the exact match. Had to adapt it. It was still better than no replacement and having to replace the faucet which was installed with no good access.
