Same problem as others, wish I read reviews before I bought this junk, the tires just won't stay inflated. Now I see others had the same problem. We are all about tires here, we slimed them, refilled them several times and nothing helps or works. next step is buy tubes for both tires but i'm worried the stamping on the rims is too rough and poor quality for tubes. probably just have to replace the tires and rims

Tires were flat within hours. Had minimal weight on it at tge time.. less than 100 pounds. Piece of junk

Going to make a generator dolly out of it the air tires are the only way to go.

Great!We use it to haul bags of concrete for fence work.

Why I waited so long to get a hand truck with inflatable tires is beyond me. The others I had were all hard rubber tires and not easy to use or turn. Thank goodness I got this one so I could move around my Christmas gift from my wife of a 10" Rigid table saw purchased from Home Depot. I like this thing. The only thing I would improve would be the size of the carrying plate to make it wider by about 4 inches. Great product.

One of the best purchases I have ever made. What features stand out the most? The feature of rubber wheels on the 2-in-1 convertible hand truck really stands out. Having the rubber wheels while the hand truck is used as a cart makes going over cracked or uneven concrete an absolute breeze. Other carts that only have the small plastic wheels often get caught in the cracks (such as the gap in the doorway of an elevator)- sometimes sending the contents of the cart flying off. With the Milwaukee 2-in-1 convertible hand truck, this is no longer a problem. The days of straining your back while bending over to move your items are over with the tall handle that slides and locks into place conveniently above the back wheels- another outstanding feature. What do you like or dislike about it? As I mentioned above, the tall handle and rubber wheels are some fantastic features of this product. The rubber wheels also have the added bonus of creating a quieter ride. From my personal experience, carts with only the plastic wheels can be heard from half a mile off. These wheels greatly reduce the noise created by the cart- a feature people within earshot will greatly appreciate. If I had to find an aspect of this product that I wasn't fully satisfied with, it would be the locking mechanism for the handle while it is being used as a cart. The handle is only locked into place by one metal pin. For light loads, this isn't really an issue. For heavier loads, the handle shows more instability. This instability has not caused me any issues as of yet, but it does make the cart feel less "solid". How long have you had it? I have had this 2-in-1 convertible hand truck for about a month. The first night I brought it home, I put my trunk (easily over 150 lbs.) on it to see if it would fit and how it would handle. The trunk fit like a glove and maneuvering it around was effortless. Does it meet your expectations? The Milwaukee 800 lb. capacity 2-in-1 convertible hand truck met and exceeded my expectations. Once I first experience how easy it was to maneuver with my heavy trunk on it, I knew it would be worth its weight in gold come moving day. I am happy to report that using the item move my belongings has been an absolute success and I would wager to say that this has been one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Purchased this hand truck to move daughter to college. Decided since it was made in the USA I would go with this item. I also like the convert to a dolly feature. Unfortunately the dolly wheels were welded on crooked at the factory by 1/4" so it wobbles and is unstable in that regard. Look it over before purchasing. Manufacturer has yet to get back to me regarding the poor welding. Home Depot is not at fault here, and I didn't notice until a couple of months after I purchased when I decided to try the dolly. Just make sure to look it over before you take to the register.

When I got it home tire was flat. Had to purchase new tire immediately. Worked great to haul a new fridge.

Tray should've been deeper for the price

When converted to a cart, the handle is loose and outs extra force on the welds. Eventually they will break. Needs to be redesigned at that point. Otherwise served our purposes pretty well.

This handtruck made a difficult job much easier. It’s easy to convert and heavy duty enough for moving boxes and larger items when positioned correctly. I would buy it again.

No it did not. But rather it looks old and rusty- like it is a used one. I want to exchange it please.

The smaller wheels could of been a little bigger, and it could of came with 2 cotterpins instead of one. When it's down on all 4 wheels could of been a little longer as well.

Too much welding slag build up inside tubes for pkacing handle in the upright position.

Works perfect for my wife to move dialysis supplies into our house when I'm not home.

Works fine this is my second one. I use them inside the house also as it seems im always moving something. I use more as a platform mover,all 4 wheels down, same matter works good for moving potted plants outside, just add a piece of plywood if necessary. I can lift stuff up 6 to 8 inches. Just can't carry it.

The hand truck is fine except the first time I had something large moved, one of the tires went flat and had to be pumped up. That was disappointing and took time out of my moving schedule.
