I used these to screw through and hold together sections of .75", 3", and .75" finish pine while glue set. I was building what looks like a ladder frame (actually a custom space coupler acoustic diffuser), and while I was able to use trim nails on one side, I didn't want to risk side nailing the other side inside the tight frame, so I used these screws. I used a short drill bit to create the start of straight paths, but never had any issues with splitting, veering, etc.

GRK fasteners are are a great product. A "Star Drive" bit is included in every package of screws so there never an issue having the right sized insertion tools. The large length/diameter ratio provides considerable holding ability in a small amount of space. My project was the construction of a small table to hold stereo components. 64 GRK fasteners provided a solid construction.

Recommended for laminate flooring stair nose piece. Worked great and so far holding them solidly. Small heads leave small hole to fill easily with wood filling and Qtip to paint matching paint which hides small hose and works better than wood filler putty which doesn't harden.

The GRK Fastener worked very well. I used it to create my barn doors for my office. Easy to drive into wood and I experienced no slip in the drive. Looks nice, requires little covering and my family liked the rugged look. Once I stain it, it will disappear.

These have worked extremely well for our picture rail molding. I would definitely use GRK Fasteners again!

I like using these on oak trim because the piece can be removed if it didn't fit quite right. The hole left by these screws is slightly larger than finish a nail but I mix oak sawdust with wood putty to hide the hole.

These are a lifesaver, much better than hammering and countersinking 3 1/2" finish nails. Just make sure you buy extra torx bits for larger jobs, they do start to wear after a few hundred screws.

They were perfect for the assembly of our barn door. As long as the holes were pre drilled they didn’t split the wood.

These worked perfectly for attaching my baseboard molding to furring strips behind the sheetrock on my outside walls. They also worked for attaching baseboard molding to sheetrock over metal framing.

Great screws. Torx bit provides great bite with a very small head. Will definitely be using more of these in the future.

I bought these to build closet doors for my master bedroom, and they worked great. No stripping and I only had one place where the wood started to split. What frustrates me is that when I needed more for my project, the price had increased by a third in just a few days. Its one thing for the price to fluctuate a few cents either way, but by a third? Ridiculous.

Great product. Star head never stips, and if need be the screws can be reused!

It did the job very well! But the price was shocking almost 18$ for fifty screws.

Needed 2 had too buy a box of 50 . Breaks down to about 9 bucks a screw. But did what I expected

These worked perfectly for hanging wall boards made with laminate flooring. I wanted them to be decorative since they would show but easy to make flush with the boards. No counter sink bit was needed!

I purchased different sizes for my 16' long ramp and handrail project. These are costly screws but are the best I have ever used. The tapered tip makes it easy to "steer" them in at just the right angle when you are first starting them in. I like the star bit head design. Even though it comes with a bit, do yourself a favor and buy a 2 pack of the longer star drives. You will need them if you are working in even a few close spaces. I did pre-drill most of my holes although it wasn't really necessary. They bury themselves pretty well and will only split the wood if you are at fastening a very small piece of wood. I used my Ryobi 18 volt impact to make this job easier. If you don't have one, buy one.

By far some the best screws I've ever used !!! I used a box of 100 to redo some wooden patio chair seats that my wife picked up at a garage sale. I was skeptical about them splitting the 1"x2" boards but to my surprise they didnt. I didnt even predrill the holes !!! Ill be buying more to redo my porch swing next.
