Something is amiss here, John! It is important to keep in mind that the drying times can vary with Rust-Oleum Krud Kutter Oil Grabber Stain Remover depending on the application type. A second application is also recommended if the stain does remain. You also want to be sure to rinse the area after cleaning up the powder and allow the moisture to evaporate.

That's not what we like to hear! Please keep in mind that Rust-Oleum Krud Kutter Oil Grabber Stain Remover does need to sit for several hours depending on the stain's location. It is important the surface is dry at the time of use and that the bottle has been shaken vigorously for a full minute. We would like to hear more about your experience and try to make things right with you. Feel free to give us a call at 800-466-7426 to talk with us! Rustoleum

Something is amiss here, Sienna! Rust-Oleum Krud Kutter Oil Grabber is formulated to absorb and lift embedded oil stains. For the best results, it is recommended to use above 50°F and provide maximum ventilation. It is important to apply the product 1 inch beyond the stain's perimeter and allow the remover to dry for some time depending on the application type. For exterior applications, 5-8 hours and for interior applications, 8-12 hours. If the stain remains, we recommend reapplying and scrub with a stiff-bristled brush and allow to dry for 5-8 hours.
