I purchased two six foot rail sections for my porch project. All the pieces were included ,they fit well and the directions explained assembly step by step . I would use the rails again!!

Very easy to assemble and look wonderful.

The description accurately describes this as a premium railing kit. Mine arrived without assembly instructions. Examining each component, I had it figured out except for the little white rubber pieces. So I decided to look over the instructions at the Home Depot site. It turns out that water may get into the lower channel so each glass panel rests on two white pieces which permit the water to drain without affecting the glass. Assembly is easier than it appears at first glance. Without instructions, at first I cut the bottom rail too long because I did not allow for the thickness of the lower rail mounts or brackets. That was easy to rectify. The instructions advise placing the rubber that goes against the glass to be first placed in soapy water. I prepared a bucket with hot soapy water and I placed all of the rubber pieces in it. This helps with placement. Since my railing would incorporate an odd number of glass panels, I started in the middle. However, I found that inserting a spacer before installing the adjacent panel makes it less likely that he rubber against the glass would slide. One last thing, In order to hold the panels upright prior to the top rail install, I looped a light rope around the two posts to keep them from falling. This may not be a job to undertake on a very windy day.

I have been a builder and remodeler for 49 years. Often I have jobs where I need to build and install decks and the railings for them.. For decks, especially those with any kind of view, this EZ HANDRAIL 6 FT. X 42 IN. BRONZE ALUMINUM FRAME GLASS BALUSTER RAILING KIT works very well. While on vacation this year, we rented a cottage on the ocean in Nova Scotia, and this cottage had similar railings to these. It was nice to be sitting on the deck and looking through out at the ocean through the glass panels. These railings are of high quality, are very durable, and serve very well, especially in an environment like that at the ocean.

I love the new addition to my deck. I wanted it to provide more privatcy and to prevent us accidentally stepping off a drop off. I was disappointed the glass was clear. The picture looks like it is frosted. A $4 can of spray frost (from Home Depot) solved that problem. The quality is excellent. It went through a hail storm last night and came out perfect. The pictures are before and after the frost.

Very good glass Baluster Railing kit. Make sure you follow direction to a tee. Make sure you have brackets attached to the poles before you start putting together . Don’t do like us and try to put it together then try to install. Very elegant looking railing for you home , office or wherever needed. Very sturdy when installed. Picture does not do .

I ordered the EZ Glass Baluster Railing Kits from Home Depot Pro on October 29, 2017 after receiving excellent guidance from the customer service agent at Madden Industries. My family, friends, and neighbors are very pleased with the high-quality appearance of the aluminum railings. As the DIY installer, the instructions were easy to follow and the installation was also easy. I'm getting ready to order more railings for my second railing project. We enjoy the deck more after replacing old redwood railings that blocked much of the view and were hard to keep clean. The photo shows the EZ railing installed on my redwood deck after a nice rainfall. The glass balusters clean up nicely with a squeegee.

I am very happy with this purchase, this railing kit should be available in every single HomeDepot store. It's affordable and offers the same unobstructed views that expensive railing system does. It's easy to install and customize and it looks high-end, chic and contemporary.

This rail system looks great. The instructions are a little hard to follow, rail support block is imperative step that should be noted as "important" step during assembly. It is called out but if you overlook this step you'll have to attach in an undesirable way. I needed a few more bolts (shorted) but the vendor got them out promptly and seemed great to do business with. The construction is very solid and sturdy once assembled. The glass panels make for a great look in my waterfront application. Money well spent for this job.

My handyman installed using my existing post. He was even impressed with ease and look . The tempered glass has not needed cleaning yet it's been 3 weeks. When needed, a water hose rinse will do. The glass doesn't spot even from splashes from washing deck. I had a lot left over from kit, and so was a bit wasteful. One area I had the glass cut so to install in a small corner. I used rails verses glass going down steps, this required a differant set of swival adapters then the kit supplied. However Home Depot had. The deck is amazing looking . Reminds me of a Miami beach front condo. I would do agin with another future home if it has a deck. Creates a beautiful open feel viewing the pool and yard. And no more painting rails!

The Installation Instructions were very good which made the install less complicated. Once we got the 1st rail install, everything went like clock work. I as well as my Client were thrilled with the simplicity of the overall design of both the rail & balusters. I will recommend installing this product on ALL future Deck and Screen porch installations. I wish H.D. had advertised and sold the Stair Rail system, which the Manufacturer does make. I would have purchased it as well. Quick Delivery. Great Price. Easy Installation. Tremendous looking Product !!!

This railing was the perfect solution to wanting a glass railing without having to pay custom prices for manufacturing and installation. My husband installed this for us. He is very handy and is a carpenter by trade so I would definitely say have a professional install it.

Amazingly easy to install and well priced. Highly recommend. Got a metal cutting blade which cut through the aluminum rails like butter.

I am very impressed with the quality and beauty of this railing system. Instructions are excellent, the parts fit perfectly and the color and finish is beautiful. Shipment came directly from the manufacturer and delivery was quicker than Home Depot estimated when I placed the order. I am very happy with this product and recommend it highly.

This railing kit seems easy enough and is exactly what i was looking for to create some safety for the stairs by our tall swim spa. I wanted something that we could still see through and wouldn't obstruct the view of our fire pit conversation piece. However, while this is great for a deck, we have STAIRS and this kit does not include a stair kit. It likely makes sense as it is glass and all, but i was really hoping to have matching pieces but unfortunately everything i found online shows other types of stair railings paired with the glass railing. Not my style to mix and match. Overall awesome product though.

This framed glass railing makes such a difference on my porch. I was hesitant just because of the glass, but it is extremely durable, heavy weighted, and solid. It has not had any issues withstanding all of the rain and wind we have had recently which is another plus for this product. I do not like the way this was shipped but that is the only complaint that I have. Installation did take some time, but that included tear down and figuring out how I wanted to have the new front porch look. This makes the home look much more elegant and futuristic.

I installed 3 sections of this railing on my deck and couldn't be happier with the results. The railings along with the post come together easily and provide a cohesive look without blocking the view. Love the separate glass so that the wind still can come through between and under the railing. Though, wish the railing and posts are more integrated so that it would show less screws but that's a personal preference. The installation went smooth and probably most time was spend with aligning the railings and glass separation. For this is I used some precut wood blocks to ensure all spaces match. As I was on my own, the hardest was trying to install the upper railing but some clamps and leaving the front screws out made it easier to install the glass.

There were some small scratches on the aluminum frame. The directions were not real clear in my opinion. Also, we did have an unusual use, so we had to work around the directions, rather than follow. But now that’s it’s up, looks really nice.

We returned this for the 6x42 kit. This was an inside-the-house rail using the bottom rail and not the posts — didn’t confirm to 36 inch high building standards. With the 42" kit, we met the 36" height. Directions confusing. Well-packaged but a couple of small scratches on aluminum. Looks nice.

Works as expected and installed as expected. Tempered glass is very heavy duty and feels very solid when installing. Fasteners were easy to install. Provides a clean view while still maintaining safety as well as code requirements for deck railing. Has been installed for a month and a half or so, and appears to be holding up well to weather so far. Instructions for installing were clear but require some skill level above the true beginner, in working with deck railings. (Needs to be attached to existing/already installed posts or railings.)

The final installment of the product looks great. However there are a few things that cause me to rate it a 3. The cement anchor screws did not work well at all, I bought some blue tapcon cement anchors that work 100 times better. The installation was not easy, and the finish scratches easily.

The quality and superb design of this product was way beyond what I expected in this price range. Directions are very clear written in plain English, and customer service is excellent. I am a very very satisfied customer.

All of the parts and pieces are good qualty and fit perfectly. I found it easier to install the bottom and top rails per instructions but left out one screw on each end piece for the top rail. This allowed me to tip the top rail slightly to insert the glass. Not too far or glass might fall out. Using soapy water definitely helps installing the splines. Using the 2×4 pieces as guides helps but you should still use a level on railings in case deck is not level. The railings do not block my beautiful view.

The handrail is beautiful! Just what I was hoping for! Not as easy to put up as expected but it is worth the effort!
