I wish I would have read the reviews on Werner site before purchasing. The full extension stop is installed ~1/2" too short so the lock pin doesn't align with the hole in the fully extended position

I bought this scaffolding plank today 7/22. Quality control lacking!!!!!! Fully extended unable to engage locking pin due to 1 of two reasons: 1 They drilled the engagement hole in the wrong place (or their template is incorrect) or 2 they did not extended the plank and engage/ align the safety pin with the hole before they riveted the stop blocks in place. Either way the safety pin does not line up with the last hole.

Works great. I was looking for 300 lb. one, but could not find one. I am close to 250 lbs. and it worked just fine for me.

Bought two to use as a bed platform in the cargo hold of my Ram ProMaster. Bolted angle metal supports (from the HD hardware section) They are sturdy with absolutely no bounce, and removable for hauling.

Nicely designed and constructed. The weight rating is spot on. I weigh 200 lbs and with tools and such I can feel it flexing beneath me a little. While it is made for one person occupancy, it is very handy and light weight to move around without help. It slides in and out easily and fits within the rails of the narrow side of my multi-purpose ladder.

Great product for working on boats. Will be purchasing another.

I needed a plank for work that I was doing but wasn't sure if this one would hold up. It performed flawlessly and exceeded my expectations. It easily held the 250 lbs at full extinction.

After years of hauling and lifting heavy 2"x12" yellow pine planks around for scaffolding boards, I finally broke down and bought the Werner expandable, aluminum scaffolding extension planks. Boy, was that a smart decision! Light weight, easy to handle and since they expand, can fit into areas a one piece wood plank cannot fit, such as tight stairwells. In the attached photos we are using the plank extended between a Werner 16' folding ladder, Mdl. # M1A-8-16B at the top of the stairs and landing and a Werner 16' extension ladder, Mdl. # D1116-2 on the low end of the stairs. As the photos show we were able to safely re-paint the stairwell walls AND ceiling and replace the bulbs in the light fixtures.

They send me a 24ft extension ladder instead and I waiting 2 months for this plank and Home Depot told me sorry they’re out of stock now and we can’t do anything for you. Honestly Home Depot has been terrible lately.

First rate product between two Werner ladders. Extends to 13 Ft and provides a safe and sturdy work ramp.

Product was defective and returned it after talking to Werner directly.

Is there a way to fix the fact that I can’t utilize the full extension due to the lock holes not lining up at full extension. About 1/2 in off.

Exactly what I wanted for several jobs. It's one of those things, have one when I need it.

I wish I had had this aluminum plank years ago instead of all the rickity rigs I have used

Just started using it to sand the house before repainting. Currently using two Gorilla Ladders (A-Frame Style) as plank support. Will need to buy the Ladder Jacks to reach the second floor but so far it’s been a real time saver not having to move a ladder sideways every few feet (plus going up and down the ladder). I weigh about 215 lbs and it doesn’t seem to flex at all when extended. Wish i bought it years ago.
