I got ripped off with this saw. Used very little. And now you cant even buy replacement parts. Would love for Home Depot to refund my money!

Very "rickety" machine that does not perform well. Also, I went to the local store to buy a different blade for it and was told by an employee that it was an "odd-ball" size and not one replacement blade was available in-store. Overall, just a bad experience and I recommend not purchasing it. I guess it was just a lesson to me that cost me 70 bucks. I won't be buying anything else online from Home Depot if there is no in-store support for the product.

This saw is a piece of junk. Everything is plastic. First of all the fence is not straight. It bows toward the back of the saw. So your angle will depend on how much of the wood will be scraped. This is not a problem unless you are cutting 4 inches or less from the edge of the wood. The closer to the edge you cut the worse the angle will be. if you are cutting right up to the edge it will be 2 or 3 degrees off. Doesn't sound like much, but it is quite a lot when you are trying to piece angles together. Another thing wrong with it is after a few cuts the blade started cutting at a vertical angle. About 1 degree, but that is enough to cause a gap when fitting pieces. My picture frame looks like terrible now. Starting over with a new miter saw. If you are looking for a super cheap miter saw that can rough cut pieces of wood go for it. But if you want anything nice get something else.

This was so noisy that when I was using this in the garage, my wife heard it at the other side of the house. I had to return it.

The saw couldn't make a complete cut. It always left a piece that had to be trimmed. The saw dust would not go into the saw dust bag.

The blade guard guide their is 3 bolts that operate this, the middle bolt. Will NOT. STAY IN PLACE. On the one I Ordered it keeps Falling out. Within the first day of operation I had to 're thread. And put a different bolt in its place. If I didn't need it for that job right then I would have sent it back for sure. Wasn't very happy to say the least.

Saw is all I wanted and more for the price paid. The added value of free shipping made this a real deal.
