The bit chuck is a unique design that ate two SDS Max bits in an hour. DId not push hard, etc.........just malfunctioned and ate bits. I returned and was refunded.

This tool allows you to dig where just a shovel won't do. Hard, compacted soil is no match with the clay spade bit. This tool makes digging holes for planting trees very easy.

I bought this hammer to replace one exactly like it that I used almost everyday for years. I don't remember how long I used that hammer...4 or 5 years maybe. I am a Tile Mechanic for a pool company so that chipping hammer was used to remove a lot of waterline tile and brick coping through the years . It's light weight makes it perfect standing in a pool that is 7 feet deep and chipping while holding it overhead. My co-workers like to borrow it as our company owns my bigger hammers, but only this one small hammer...perfect for the smaller jobs. I highly recommend this product based on the one I had before! (I am writing this review with only a few hours on my new one.)
