I bought two of these for my teenagers. Within 2 weeks both of the charging ports were loose and apparently disconnected from the motherboard so that they would no longer recharge. Obvious manufacturer issue, but company refused to replace them. Nice $200 lesson there: don't buy cheap tablets.

I am very satisfied with this tablet. It is great for internet access, can surf my coupon bargain site and write my grocery list all from the comfort of the couch. I use it for games, and a book reader too!

I bought four of these as Christmas gifts for the family. No complaints from them. They all love them. Being that I have an Android phone, it makes using it simple. It has the same format as my phone. Be sure to turn off all apps when you finish using them to prevent unit from crashing or freezing.
