This tree was much nicer than we had anticipated. The branches are dense and fan out nicely. The only issue found so far is the lack of a female AC plug near the top for attaching a pre-lit star/angel.

It is very difficult ordering a tree online due to not being able to see it in person; however, I am very happy with our purchase of this tree! It arrived quickly and was packaged well. It is a very heavy box and tree, but I feel most pre-lit trees will be similar in weight due to being in sections. This particular tree has three sections, and it is not difficult to set up at all. Once you fluff the branches (just like all artificial trees) it is very full. This is our first pre-lit tree and I'm very happy with how it looked-- perfect amount of white bulbs! (As you can see in my review picture, I only fluffed part of the tree. I ordered this tree following the Christmas holiday, but even fluffing just a few branches I was able to see how great it'll look next holiday season when I set it all up again.)

I am disappointed in this tree. I ordered it just from the pictures and reviews on-line. We have fluffed, and fluffed, and fluffed this tree. You can still see right through it. In order to look as full as the picture on-line, you would need a lot more branches. If it wasn't so close to Christmas and I didn't live 2 hours away from the nearest Home Depot, I would just take it back.

This was our first artificial tree and what a wonderful surprise! Very real looking and tips have the feel of a real tree.

Liked the tree very much but we were unable through the computer to "register" the tree for warranty. Should be easier to do this with the company. This is a big negative to recommend to another person.

Tree is ok for price. Stand is shaky. Needs more lights 750 not enough. Could have bought a taller one as this is not that wide.

Looked beautiful the first year, by the 2nd year a huge section in the middle had burned out (all at once), 3 yr 80% + has burned out in huge sections at a time. Home Depot just says to contact the manufacturer, I contacted the manufacturer who just wanted to troubleshoot, not helpful at all. The fuses are good but I still replaced them, it's not even on all day. Also, the tree is stored indoors all year. I think there is some kind of short somewhere, even replacing the bulbs doesn't work. So now I have string lights over it, not a good look, very disappointed.

Purchased this tree on 1/03/2014. It was beautiful last year. I bought the tree out this year, and the entire middle section would not light. Checked the fuses, the bulbs, (which was quite time consuming). So I called the Company and the woman I spoke with said, no worries, it's got a 4 year warranty on the tree and a 2 year warranty on the lights. The fact that the entire middle section is not lighting up, is not good. So, I called them back with the sale slip from Home Depot, (National Tree) and they were going to send me strings of lights...then after Christmas I would have had to pack it up and mail it back to the company. No thank you....I will never purchase another tree from them....no way to treat a customer. And the woman I spoke with the first time I phoned said, if it were a branch or two, that's not a problem...but the entire middle section, is a big problem.

I chose this tree because it was one of the rare ones that included such a high light count, had "constant on" lights that wouldn't go out as an entire string, and had a lovely shape. Indeed this tree met all these hopes! Its quite lovely once put together and very easy to store once done. The branches look really good and it is easy to manipulate their position to make a good shape. It is quite tall and has a decent circumference but for most raised ceiling rooms, it is a nice focal point for the room. Definitely a price bump above the "value" trees but felt like I got a lot more.

We ordered this tree after Christmas and we just received it yesterday. I set it up since I wanted to make sure all the pieces were in the box and all the lights worked before we stored it away. It's very heavy and I could barely carry it but I was still able to do it on my own and I love that there's only 3 pieces to hook together. It looks pretty real and I didn't even spread out all the branches.

I've been suffering from allergies, so decided to go with an artificial tree this year. I like that it's "low-maintenance" (no needles falling off, no watering needed) :) Easy to assemble. I assembled the whole thing myself. The only thing is that it took approx. 45 minutes to get in set-up the first time, because of needing to spread out all the branches. Hoping to take it down, and store it, in a way that I won't have to take so much time next year. It looks very nice, so worth the work.

The first year this tree was great, had no issues. The second year I had to replace one string of lights. The third year (this year) I had to place four more new strings of lights because the pre-lit ones are no longer working. Very disappointed. Will never buy another Home Depot tree again.

It looks like a good tree for the money. Size and lights are perfect.

I was really surprised by how great this tree looks! With fluffing and spreading of the branches the tree is really full and nice. The branches look real which is a very big thing for me because we have been cutting down our tree for over 13 years. The lights are nice and bright and the tree looks amazing at night with the lights off. The value was great as I got it at the end of the season. I am hoping to have it for many years to come and I love that I can put it up myself. I am only 5'1" and it wasn't too heavy for me.

I have not opened the box yet because I bought it after Christmas, but I am sure it looks quite like a tree. Thanks

I got my tree after Christmas. I set it up and I totally loved it.

I ordered the tree after christmas so when it arrived we quickly put it together, which was quick and simple (yay!) and confirmed that all of the lights worked. It looks like it will be a nice full tree, looking forward to seeing it all trussed up next Christmas :)
