For the price the product is average
Customer service was excellent. The product was not what I needed. The height of the device was too low. The lighting of the burner was even lower and awkward. The use of the flame control flap was not clearly instructed. The manual was too wordy. I would have paid more for the improved features.

Excellent Cooker
Bought this cooker to boil sap to make maple syrup. I've only used it a few times but it seems to be well made so far and really puts out some heat.
