Materials are good and the service from the manufacturer is good. Initially was missing wood supports and hardware and after calling the manufacturer they immediately supplied the materials. Understand the hardware is Zinc coated. I’m next to the beach so you can plan on rust after a year or so. Stainless Steal we oils be best.

I found the table and benches not as wide as expected. Benches are unsafe. I a heavier person is sitting on one side and a lighter person gets up from the other side, the bench flips to the ground. In fact I’m returning the item.

The alignment for the screws was incorrect. This caused issues when assembling the table.

Very tedious to assemble. If parts were numbered it would have been easier. Holes did not line up which caused a bigger space between pieces. Would not recommend.

Easy to put together. Not too heavy, so easy to move around.

Disappointed in the poor design as the pre drilled holes didn't line up .. too many pieces to spend that much time trying to modify and not guarantee it was goin to work so I returned it

Good quality for the money, could use some wood for the table, just like the benches. Holes were not properly aligned so I had to do a FEW modifications. It took me about 3 hrs to assemble it.

I bought this picnic table set because I was shocked to find that a good ole wood picnic table and benches runs over $1000! I do have to tell you that I was dreading putting it together based on the reviews. I'm a semi-handy 59 year old woman. So, I got my drill out and thoroughly reviewed the pictograms that were provided, counted all my parts and began. Ahem 6 hours later it was complete. First the benches: all the pre-drilled holes lined up but two on each bench. I made silly mistakes like not realizing the wood inserts were sticking out one end when I drilled in screws and had to redo that but still those were my errors. Then the table..............OMG. I had to drill new holes because probably 2/3 of the pre-drilled holes did not match up. Then the legs portion of the pictogram was just not very clear to me. I also had to dig out a ratchet set and vise grips to assist. I gave the item 4 stars because I do like the product; very sturdy and looks fab. I would imagine if you are pretty handy and comfortable with tools, this will be no problem for you. Let me repeat though, it took me 6 hours to put together!

We bought this table despite a number of reviews mentioning that the screw holes for attaching the leg supports didn't line up. We made sure to arrange the "planks" that make up the table top correctly. Even so, the holes in the center plank did not align with the holes in the leg supports. The problem was that each pair of leg supports meet in the center of the table top and they were just a little too long. I used a table saw to shave about 1/8" off the inner end of one of the supports to get the holes to line up. A second issue was that the ends of the planks (for both the table and benches) didn't quite line up. As a result, there was a gap at the end of each end cap and the outer edge of the corresponding plank. The most vexing issue occurred during the assembly of the bench legs. The supplied 1/4" by 4" bolts were too long (but, in fairness, 3-1/2" bolts would have been too short). I could only thread the nylock nut on about half as far as it needed to go before it seized up. At that point, I could neither tighten the nut nor could I remove it. Thinking I had made a mistake, I foolishly tried again at a different place with the same result. The only remedy was to cut off the two bolts, replace them and replace 12 nylock nuts with regular galvanized nuts and lock washers. The assembled table and benches seem sturdy but only time will tell how durable they are.

This table is very different to assemble. Lots of screws. The directions are lacking a bit. No mention of the 1x1 wood inside the benches. We originally removed them, then had to put them back in. They are for stability. The end pieces to be glued on at the end of assembly, don’t fit well. We had to replace two bolts that broke. All in all, the table and benches are sturdy, and look good in our yard.

The holes don’t align so we are not able to complete putting the table together. We can’t get a hold of anyone at the company because it’s Saturday. I’m very disappointed.

Quality is Good and table Is sturdy. However, the pre Drilled holes were not drilled in the proper place and the instructions had a mirror image picture of the layout.

This table and benches are somewhat wobbly would not recommend for older people to set on.

Its great quality - it's light so if you sit on one end it will lift the other end. Otherwise great set.

It looks great but not that easy to put together. I had a handyman friend do it for me. 2 parts needed trimming to fit correctly. Not all holes were drilled.

Great product. I'm glad I waited for it to be in stock again. I read lots of reviews about problems putting it together. We had none, but I can see that a person would have to read the directions carefully. A mistake at the beginning would cause lots of issues throughout the assembly process.

Ultimately we were able to get this assembled, but had some reservations based on other reviewers. It is setup and outside and able to be used. Here are notes from our experience: 1) Directions state tabletop rails are in Box 2, but the Packing List clearly lists them as Box 1 2) Holes do not quite line up with brackets and would have been unevenly spaced. Ended up using a paint stick to maintain the 1/8 " gap and drilled new holes 3) Packing list indicates a 4 oz PVC glue can, but came with 2 x 0.75 oz Super Glue which was not quite enough for the whole project and had to get my own 4) Bag for 4 inch bolts was short one 5) Bag with 1/4 washers was short 3 6) Leg End caps were slightly too short to fully cover the ends, leaving a small gap for dirt to collect in 7) Wood inserts had enough wiggle room for screws in the brackets to completely miss the wood. Used a paint stick to push the inserts toward the screw holes 8) Center Table Rail had the hole drilled opposite of the drawings, so the upper bracket was on the inside and lower bracket on the outside. Did not cause a problem, but does not match drawings.

Like other reviews said, pilot holes don’t line up in some places. I was missing a 1 1/2” bolt that I still need to contact company about. Must have drill. Fortunately, the ex left behind some tools for tightening bolts. A lesson in patience and persistence. Product is sturdy. Delivery boxes heavy.

Cheap

Well made, easy to assemble sturdy. Well worth the money, I am planning to buy another one soon so I can have more room for family and friends.
