I was using my Black&Decker convection toaster oven for a few years and recently when I tried to wipe off some grease around the dials, unfortunately text around them came off, so I stopped, but a lot of it is gone.I do not know now what temperature to set or the timer etc. I tried to restore some of it, but it is impossible. Why to buy something that is good only to the first cleaning?What type of paint was used on this toaster? Now I have to buy a new toaster oven.It should last longer than few years.I definitely do not recommend this product.

We have used this toaster oven for a number of years, and within the past year, all of the text/information around the dials wiped off with a wet cloth. It is impossible to know what temperature or whether it is on "toast" or broil, etc. Why would something be used that isn't permanent enough to get wiped off without disappearing? Beats me! We obviously need to replace ours now.

Replaced our previous toaster oven of 15 years with this. It was loud to begin with, but it worked. After 5 months, it stopped heating food. To receive a replacement under warranty, we have to go without a toaster for now and pay Shipping/handling. I would highly recommend choosing another toaster oven if you are looking for one to purchase - save yourself the time, money, and hassle of dealing with this product.

Timer very hard to get toast the way you want it. In four month time all the settings temp, cook control and timer words have worn off from cleaning just using cloth ,soap water. Had to copy instructions picture and take it out to find settings. Very poor design or material used in this toaster oven .Top of toaster gets very hot.
