Good evening, This will be the 3 attempt. It’s now been over a year and 5 repairmen trying to fix our double oven convection induction range. After boiling water two days before Thanksgiving last year we heard a pop noise. Since then we have had a F47 on our range only the front two burners work and nor does either one of our ovens. I am truly upset and seeing how much this oven cost we can’t afford to replace it with something like this. We have already spent a lot of money on service calls and they said it would one be a trial and error and any product purchased would be non returnable. With Whirlpool being around for many years I would have thought that they would do the right thing and replace it. I am truly disappointed in the run around and customer service and quality of product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have enjoyed getting 'to know' our range! While we work hard at keeping the top looking spotless, I find that it is a bit tedious to keep it that way. We have enjoyed both the oven and the convection oven.

I bought this stove in 2014. The ovens have failed 5 times. The same part has been replaced 4 times. Did Whirlpool ever suggest a replacement? No. this oven is a lemon and I got stuck with the bill.

Would give 5 stars for the stovetop but both ovens are horrible. Not true to temp and cooks unevenly. 2nd time I self-cleaned the entire stove died. Had to replace lots of cards and tech suggested not using the self-cleaning options... either heat or steam. Will destroy (burn) up the controls. Wish I had not purchased this. It is out of warranty now so I'm afraid to use self-clean functions. Would not recommend this unit to anyone. Also it takes hours for the oven(s) to cool down so I have to listen to the fans for a very long time.

The control pad keeps beeping even when there are no liquids on it and keeps switching to boost level even when I select 1 or 2 for low heat.

I love the induction top. Really fast EASY to clean. Mostly use the smaller top oven. Self cleaning oven is great. Don't use the large oven except for family gatherings, large roast,ham or turkey. A bit low, but can work with it.

I bought it in April, and have been using it for two months now. I was nervous about the induction stove, but it is fantastic. I would never go back to a conventional electric, and certainly not to gas. The double oven is great. The small oven means I don't have to have another appliance in the house. I use it a lot to heat bread, pastry. I am trying it on the pizza now, but have not yet been fully successful in getting the temperature where I want it (550F). I have not used the bigger oven. I am a bit concerned that it only has one element on the top.

I got this stove a few months ago and have been pleased!. This is the best stove I have ever had. It is easy to work, the two ovens are great! Clean up is a breeze!

Like the way it cooks, took some getting used to convection fan, and table top controls, but enjoy it a lot...more to learn

I have been using my new induction cooktop electric range for about 40 days and have been in cooking heaven! The ease and efficiency and cleaning of this new appliance has been a dream. I have to be the most excited woman that loves to cook in America.

I was nervous getting the induction stove. But I love it. It has the best of both electric and gas stoves but is only better and faster, and more responsive.We have been using the top small oven to preheat baked goods, but have not used the larger bottom oven. I am a bit nervous since there is only one element at the top. Will it work for a pizza? Or will it broil it? We will see.

When my 10 yr old Maytag stove needed repairs, I decided to go with a new model. I did alot of research & decided to go with an induction stove. It has taken some getting used to. The stove top is sensitive & signals when I need to do something; move the pan or remove something from the stove top. I love the precise heat & cool down of the induction. I love my double oven. So useful for large family gatherings or entertaining. Saves energy when I am just cooking for my husband & I. I am very happy with my new Whirlpool stove.

My wife and I, after purchasing our house, decided to replace all of the major kitchen appliances with new, up dated models. This range was the center piece of our selection. Once we decided on this item, the remaining items of dish washer, refrigerator, and microwave were of the same brand and class. We love this range with the two ovens as you can bake different items that require different temps. And the Induction Cooktop does all it claims and more. Recently I was boiling some potato's, and with the setting only at 7, there was some boiling water getting onto the cooktop. So, I removed the pan from the top, placed a dish towel over the heating area and replaced the pan. The water continued to boil, cooking the potato's and any water that got out of the pan was caught by the cloth towel. Science is really wonderful.

I bought this and had burner go out first night. After having Burner repaired 2 weeks later, could not use the burner on Boost and either oven at same time. After 3 more repairs the ovens and 2 burners stopped working, and finally Whirlpool replaced unit. New unit does not allow me to use an oven with more then 2 burners on or with a boost on. This is very disappointing for most expensive Range they offer.

Just bought this range and tried 3 times to make cinnamon rolls for my kids and it burnt the tops quickly and left the bottoms doughy. Tried it on both compartments with the same results

I bought my new induction range and convection oven about a month ago and I couldn't be happier with it. It has even heat oven that cooks food quickly without drying it out. The cook top boils a pot of water in just minutes and adjusts quickly. The cook top is clean and resists scratches.

The perfect combination. Double oven / with induction cooktop. Love it

I purchased the oven about 3 months ago. I can't begin to say how happy I am with this product. The temp control is almost instant and I love the boost feature when you want to bring something to a boil very quickly. The double oven is also a very nice touch adding much needed space to a busy kitchen. I simply love this oven!

I got this appliance for the Christmas holidays and has been loving it ever since. This is my first whirlpool appliance ever. Nothing was wrong with my electric single oven range, but I was frustrated waiting to bake for the holidays. I cook fast but this induction double oven is the best since sliced bread. As soon as I put the pot on its cooking, this is so wonderful. In comparison to other brands since I did a lot of research before I bought this product it is by far the best choice on the market, with regards to price, features, looks and usability. And Hoorah my husband is cooking now, Hot dinners with the warming feature after I work a long hard day, pssst. he's retired. I have already started to promote the product, all our friends and family knows, my coworkers knew even before it was delivered how excited I was to get my new range. Was expecting it for Christmas which disappointed me, but got it New Year's Eve.I am so happy I chose this product.

Love this stove. Boils water very fast. Top is do much easier than the electric cook tops. Only issue is that the oven fans run for a long time after it is shut off.

Stove worked fine for five weeks. Popping sound and the oven and two burners didn't work. Service company responded the next day but all required spare parts were not available.

The induction top and double oven whirlpool was exactly what I was looking for. The induction top and its capabilities continues to pleasantly surprise me. The smaller top oven has saved time - and the quality of baking results has increased substantially. Still learning some of the quirks - for example, if you leave a hot pot or place any objects on the induction top, it "beeps" at you.

purchased this range a little over a month ago. It boils water in 30 seconds instead of 12 minutes like my old range The convection oven speeds up baking by 15 to 45 minutes. And the second oven is perfect for dinners for one when the family is elsewhere.

Bought this oven just before Thanksgiving and put it through the ultimate test, every burner and both ovens going at once and everything came out perfect. The only issue was that we had to move the outlet for the stove to be flush against the wall.

The top oven works well, but is best used for casseroles and other similar sized items. Have cooked a 20 pound turkey in the bottom oven. The only challenge is the fact that it is a little low. Wish the largest burner were in the front not the back of the cooktop. The greatest challenge for using the cooktop (it is a conduction cooktop) is getting used to the various settings.

Let me start by saying "WOW", I have been cooking for many many years and for the last year+ I have been cooking on induction hot plates (a major brand) and was really impressed with the reduced cooking time. Just recently my oven went out so I decided to try a induction stove, the double oven was a real bonus so I purchased the Whirlpool 6.7 Double oven w/ induction cooktop and let me repeat myself "WOW". This is the ultimate in cooking, bacon cooks in half the time and never burns, water boils in less than 2 min, and the ovens preheat in 4 to 7 min depending on which oven (top/bottom) and how high the temp. The entire stove has really put the joy back in cooking. Oh and least I forget all the stove top elements have a "simmer" function that really works I can put my stew meat on and after browning just touch simmer put the cover on and it cooks at exactly the right temp.As for the ovens, I live at just over 3000 ft and always had to adjust baking time and temp on my old oven to get the best bread and pastries, well no more, the first time I used the new oven I had adjusted the temp to compensate for altitude and promptly burnt my first pie. The second time I used the recommended temp and got absolute perfection. The "Accubake" is truly that.This is truly and excellent stove and very well made it looks great but even more it works fantastic, worth every penny.

I have only had this range for a couple weeks, but so far it's wonderful. I gave up a 5-burner propane range to go electric since we have solar panels. I am much happier with the ability to simmer! The propane was too hot for most of my low-heat needs (soups, etc). Having two ovens in a 30" space is great. I'm hoping that this is the last range I ever need to get.

We bought this specifically for the induction cooktop. It is amazing! Water boils in less than a minute. The temperature control is perfect when you want to start with a boil and then down to a gentle simmer. The big bonus is no longer having burnt on spill over messes on the glass after cooking. The clean up is so easy! Great job!!!!The only Con that we have found was that the cooling fan when using the oven is a bit noisy.
