Received product with a damaged mantel. Appeared to have been packed damaged. Contacted twinstar twice by telephone and submitted pictures via e-mail. I was unable to use their service portal so I submitted report and pictures via e-mail address listed on their instruction manual. I have contacted local store concerning returning it. I will await thru Mar 5 for adress of replacement part. After that date I will return to local store for a full refund.

I love it. Comes in pieces and I'm not overly adept at assembly, but was able to complete the process in about 1.5 hours. It was really easy and went together just like it was supposed to. It adds a wonderful ambiance to our living room. I would definitely buy this again

The fireplace was delivered to our door in a HUGE box that weighed over 200 pounds, so it was a bit of a challenge getting it up the stairs of our condo. It was packed nicely, clear directions, and relatively easy to assemble. My husband and I had it all put together in 3 hours, even though the directions said it would take an hour. It wasn't difficult though, everything was labeled and all the nuts, bolts and screws were there. We are really enjoying this piece of furniture. The "flames" are very realistic, and the glowing embers give it just the right touch for a realistic fireplace. It has a remote, 6 different brightness settings for the flame, an interior light, and a heater with temperature settings. All in all we LOVE our new fireplace and would highly recommend it. It's has real wood for the top and bottom pieces, with pressboard in between which you cannot see. It's sturdy and well worth the price.

I helped my husband and we put it together in less than an hour. It seriously is gorgeous, and a fantastic addition to our room. Love the fireplace. Nicer than many electric.

This is just beautiful. Was very easy to Assemble. Took about two hours. I changed the knobs to give it a more designer look. We love it!

Love my new Media Fireplace. Its perfect for my 47" LCD .It also very classy and matches my other furniture perfectly. It took about an hour to put together, and you will need two people to assemble. Everyone that see it love it and wants one for there home. Love being able to turn on the fireplace without the heat on if i want. Great Product !!

Arrived ahead of schedule was easy to assemble and is very realistic. Better than expected overall. Nothing but compliments from holiday visitors!

The product is well built, easy to assemble and looks very nice. My wife loves it. There were a couple of scratches from shipping and the shipping people did not call us, they simply dropped it in front of my garage. Luckily it was not raining that day. I would recommend it to a friend, but to buy on sale and to have it shipped to their local store.

I'd like to give this piece a 5 star rating... However, we received our shipment and to our disapointment the top piece was damaged badly! :( The box had no damage it appears it was shipped to us damaged from the manufacturer. We are waiting on replacement part still. H.Depot said 2 weeks it will be two weeks in 2 more days so hopefully it will be here soon. However, from what we can see it looks like its going to be a beautiful piece once assembled. The wood is solid and very beautiful. I can't state anything on assembly or the fireplace insert itself as we have not been able to put our together yet!

We ordered the media electric fireplace on line and were very pleased how quickly we received delivery. We love the fireplace and our 50 inch TV looks great sitting on top of the fireplace. We are very pleased with the excellent quality of the product which took about one & half hours to construct. We would recomment this product. It is wonderful and one of our best buys.

I can't say too much bad about this item, It was delivered on the date it was supposed to, and was relativly easy to assemble. The only problem was the bottom part of the mantle shelf was warped at assembly and the back was mis-installed as a result. One phone call to the 800 number to the manufacturer took care of the problem easily and the representive was very helpful and appologetic, and a whole complete new Mantle unit was delivered promptly. The firebox is very realistic and when watching TV, I sometimes forget that its not a real fire. It would be nice if it threw a little more heat, but its not bad for a 1500 watt heater. Overall I would recommend this fireplace for looks, ease of setup, and quality. The wood is very heavy and solid, and this finish is very nice

Fireplace gives great warmth in our livingroom but, putting it together the right cabinet door does not connect to magnetic piece. and we miss the crackling of fire, but yours we sampled on-line sound like popcorn popping. Other than that, it is gorgeous and warm. Thankyou

My fireplace is beautiful and functional. It takes the chill out of the air, and wood cabinet is a lovely addition to my living room. Great buy!

This fireplace is wonderful.It looks beautiful, well built, and adds a classy look to my living room. I have wanted an electric fireplace for a long time, and this model was the best I ever found. The remote is easy to use, and the flames and heat(if desired) start immediately. I recommend the product with confidence, and am certain you will love it, too.

I receivd my fireplace media center a little over 3 weeks from my order date. I understand with it being the Christmas season. My husbands friend came and assembled it and it was very easy to assemble, it only took him about an hour. It is gorgeous. It changes the entire look of the living room. It is an elegant piece and it adds so much to the decor. I am very pleased with the purchase of this product. My husband loves it too!

We love the fireplace! It is top quality compared to many that we looked at and actually viewed in person. The wood grain and the design are beautiful. We especially appreciate the brick design of the actual fire box portion. It really helps to provide an authentic look. Another authentic quality is the metal screen on the fire box. Many that we viewed had a glass or plastic covering over the "fire" and did not look realistic. The heater provides a constant flow of warmth and is easily monitored by the temperature control that allows for not only an "on/off" position, but also for an actual temperature control.

My husband and I have debated for a few years now on purchasing an electric fireplace for our home, and this was worth the wait!! This fireplace is amazing, and was so easy to assemble. We had everything put together in less than an hour, and now our home has an even more inviting look to it. We couldn't be happier.

After finally putting the fireplace together, we stood back and admired the a beautiful addition to our livingroom. The fireplace arrived in four boxes. What seemed a bit overwhelming at first, turned out to be about 2 1/2 hours of assemblng. The directions were pretty good, but the assembly took us longer becuase because my husband has a bad shoulder. We absolutely love the finished product.. It would have been much more convenient if it came fully assembled. The fireplace element itself is not only beauiful but also provides heat. The only set back to the fireplace, is that unlike many other fireplaces that I had seen, it is not covered with a clear cover for protection. We hope to enjoy the fireplace for many years to come.

i was very pleased with the on time delivery the ease of assembly and the overall looks of the cabinet and very realistic look of the burning logs and flame i would highly recommend this product

I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this Media Fireplace! The wood is beautiful and it is very well made. The fireplace throws out alot of warm air and it is so realistic looking. My whole family loves it. Such a compliment to my living room and makes it a cozy warm place to spend time in. What a find....and was well worth the cost. Thank You Home Depot!

This media center fireplace is beautiful. It came 10 days early which was great. It is sturdy and wasn't too hard to put together. The fire looks quite real and the heater with blower warms up the room. We were pleasantly surprised that it was better than we even expected. Everyone who sees it loves it and it makes the room more homey. WE LOVE IT !

This was an excellent purchase. The product was made of beautiful solid wood and finish. It's very sturdy and easy to assemble. The only thing I can critique is maybe a little better instruction on which finish screw to use on the hinges. Other than that, I can find no negatives with the product. If ever I find a need for another fireplace of this nature, I will definitely order again from Home Depot.

I was very pleased with my new Media Fireplace. It was easy to put together , the fireplace looks real, the remote works well , I have enough room for my TV and it is very attractive in my living room....I love it.

I AM THRILLED WITH THIS FIREPLACE, JUST THRILLED. MY HUSBAND SAID IT WASN'T HARD TO PUT TOGETHER BUT IT DID REQUIRE TWO PEOPLE. THE CRAFTMANSHIP IS HIGH QUALITY AND IT IS A BEAUTIFUL CENTER OF ATTENTION. THE HEAT TAKES THE CHILL OUT OF OUR FAMILY ROOM AND I AM COZY. YEP I AM STILL GRINNING..... THE FIRE LOOKS REAL AND NO MESS TO CLEAN, NO WOOD TO HAUL. THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE REMOTE CONTROL. IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL. GOING TO GET A NEW BATTERY AND SEE IF THAT ISNT THE PROBLEM BEFORE I CONTACT THE COMPANY.

We are very pleased with our media fireplace. It is constructed well, nice finish in the walnut. It has enough space to adequately provide for your electronics. The fireplace is very attractive and the heater works great in a room. We have received alot of favorable comments from family and friends.
