After 6 months of use the hinges on the ice tray broke, bought the very affordable replacement parts! Though very difficult to actually replace and now 6-8 moths later the same part broke again.

We have three family that use ice all day, every day in their drinks!! In-addition our two kitty kats enjoy their water with ice all day long.

We have enjoyed this ice machine because it makes ice quick, in 3 different sizes and fits conveniently on our counter top. Very low maintenance, just add water and the amount of ice needed has always been there for us. We have had an on the spot response from customer service. Very attentive to answer our questions and requests.

It’s an amazing little machine! Pumps out ice as stated. Our fridge went out and the struggle has been real being home all day without an ice maker. This machine saved me! The fridge never kept up with my demand anyway and this little machine is plenty good.

I'm really enjoying this ice maker thus far. I make a-lot of coffee and this machine definitely makes sure that i never run out. I love the 3 different sizes of ice, the self clean feature, and how nicely it sits on my countertop. I just know it's going to be a hit this summer for me and my family!

This Ics Machine is amazing...As a Family Consumer Science Teacher this a wonderful piece equipment for my kitchenets. The only issue is this however the customer service is absolutely amazing and they're sending me the part.

I brought this after my prior one stopped working. I love this product prior one ran 6 years non-stop. Cleaned and ran some more. I promise to give this one a rest when I'm not home, but I enjoyed coming home to fresh ice. Great product, durable.

I love this machine. I overworked the last one it lasted 6 years running daily. I will treat this one better but I like ice cold drinks.

I was really happy with this purchase initially and would’ve given 5 stars for the performance this NewAir ice maker gave at first. About a week ago I noticed dripping start to occur from underneath the unit, as it would get all over my counter and sometimes get on the floor. I observed underneath the unit and noticed multiple leaks coming from multiple points. Ice continued to be made as usual but this issue has persisted since.I also noticed that it was wet inside where the compressor/electrical components of the ice maker were, so I unscrewed it and saw that water was dripping down from above creating a puddle down below near wires, which could certainly be a fire hazard. (See pictures below) On top of those issues, the “self-clean” button no longer functions, so I cannot clean this product as intended. Again, I fully supported this product from NewAir (my first purchase from them) before all of this, and even recommended it... but when combining the safety risks, cleanup hassle, and malfunctioning clean button, I cannot recommend this product anymore.

I bought this ice maker when my hubby de used to play golf instead of buying my bags of favorite ice (I hate using my fridge ice maker!). We LOVE this specific model. So easy to use, makes lots of ice if you continue adding water, we make some and keep the cubes in a freezer tub. Love it.

We bought this even though we knew it would be large because we go through quite a big of ice and the regular Igloo counter top one was not cutting it. This one makes ice fast and is no louder than the smaller one. I would give it 5 stars but ours doesn't seem to be able to change cube size; it always spits out large ones (regardless of which setting it's on) which is fine but not as advertised.

Just received my 50lb ice maker and its cranking out ice! 2nd unit I have owned, first was the smaller unit that lasted a long time. I only drink cold drinks and use a lot if ice daily. The larger unit may be overkill for daily use but I got a remanufactured unit at a great price. Very good service also.

I hate writing negative reviews, but this unit deserves it. Purchased June 4, 2019. Within 7 months metallic flakes began appearing on the plastic below the condenser and in the water tank and Ice. The flakes appear to be coming from the posts that the ice forms on. In the seven months that I have had I have run nothing but distilled water through it. Even scarier is how long was it flaking before I noticed it. So sad because I have loved this ice maker up until now.

This product is awesome. 50 pounds of ice is no problem. I tested it out on 4th of July and worked beautifully. Looking forward to using it more and would like to see the company do a 100 pounds ice maker in the future. You now have a customer for life. If you don’t have one get It, I highly recommend it. You won’t be sorry

Well I never seen a ICE Machine that performed this good in my life I bag up extra ICE to use on trips also this Ice Maker is better then my Frig Ice maker I 100% indorse this product.

This ice maker is working very well for our office. It is quiet while making ice, recovers quickly when the ice is used, and is easy to fill with water. We have it set to make the large size ice cubes so that they don't melt away as quickly. It has been in continuous use for 2 months and we have no complaints so far. With our usage it usually requires filling once a day, sometimes twice.
