The way the wheels attach alone are poorer quality than dollar tree toys , you have to stop every couple minutes to let the pressure build up again , definitely would NOT recommend.

Cord isn't very long so have to unplug and move often or use extension cord with it.

it did not meet my expectations. the pressure did not last long and had to wait till it built back up pressure and it did not clean like I expected.

The steamer worked very well. I used it on our car floor mats, carpet and rubber ones. It removed dirt and stains that I had not been able to remove with other cleaners and scrubbing. Then cleaned my tile floor in kitchen and foyer with microfiber cloth that attaches to one of the attachments. It did an excellent job. The floors dried quickly. I am looking forward to using it for other cleaning tasks, showers, etc.

Great little steam cleaner! I like the onboard storage for the cleaning attachments.

This Steam cleaner is lightweight and easy to use. It does the job!

When I first pull the trigger, it dumps about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water out the nozzle, and then it has steam. If I pause and start again right away, it's fine, but if I set it down for more than a couple seconds, it dumps the water out again. I had to put a towel down, pull the trigger with it over the towel, and then move it to the item being cleaned. It did not seem to leak after the initial dump. Also, the pamphlet says it may have to pressurize on occasion, but it's more like every time you release the trigger. Even if used briefly.

I’ve owned a number of steam cleaners so when I needed a new one, the Ewbank caught my attention, first because of its large capacity reservoir, second for its design on wheels which is great for cleaning floors. Those are the “pros”. The “cons”…1) cord could be longer and either retract or have a way to store 2) I need to wrap the handle/trigger or wear a glove to prevent my hand/thumb joint from being quite painful because of its ridges. All in all, it’s a very good steamer but considering how long they.ve making these things, it’s surprising these design defects exist. I’d recommend it but with caveats.

This steam cleaner works great on a loft floor and my home. its safe and easy to use.

this equipment was used. when i set it in the floor to review how to use it. water seeped onto my floor out of the tank/and hose. I had not even put water into it. I think you should give me a discount on this purchase since it is USED not NEW. I thought HomeDepot was better company than to send an item as NEW and it was USED.

Great steamer used its to remove some stains from a dress shirt, left it brand new. Thank you.

My stove was clean in minutes, once I figured out how to turn on my light. I would recommend for real grime to take the item outside and steam so it splatters without worries. Mi estufa estuvo limpia en minutos, una vez que descubrí cómo encender la luz. Recomendaría para la suciedad real sacar el artículo al aire libre y vaporizarlo para que salpique sin preocupaciones.

It did not pick up the dirt in between the tiles like I thought it would. I bought everything that was suggested, but some dirt came up and I wanted to steam clean the bathroom area but??

This product does not do what they promise when they advertise it. For this reason I do not recommend it.

I was under the impression that I was purchasing a piece of commercial equipment, when in fact this is not at all. I was using this to clean for a client with a terminally ill child in the home and it took over an hour for me to be able to open it to refill after only cleaning for half an hour.
