Did what it was suppose to do. Easy on, easy cleanup. Works great

We sprayed it on with a pump up sprayer. The clear color material penetrated into the 20 year old concrete quickly to the point you couldn’t tell it was there after it dried. To our surprise when it rained several days later the water beaded up like on a freshly waxed car. Good product.

This stuff works, but doesn't hold a candle to the SiloxaTek 8500 from Ghost Shield. I've used multiple Silane/Siloxane sealers, and none have held up as well as the SiloxaTek. This stuff goes on well, and soaks in to the concrete just fine. It did not leave any sort of discoloration or shine after it dried. which is great. That said, the water still absorbs into the concrete after a heavy wet-on-wet application of the S-20... and a follow-up re-application several days later. Water will not soak in as fast as before, and tends to run off quickly, but it's still readily saturates the concrete. With the SiloxaTek 8500, water would just bead up on the surface and run off without soaking in at all... it was like rain off a windshield treated with Rain-X. Night and day difference between the two. The price tag on the OKON S-20 is cheaper, but I recommend you spend a little extra money and go with the SiloxaTek; it's definitely worth it.

Not the first time I used it.One year later the concrete looked the same as when I stained and sealed it.This year I power washed the patio again but there was hardly any deep down dirt and I put another coat of sealer on.Like water on a duck’s back when it rains.

This product was very easy to apply using a hand sprayer. Okon S-20 covers a hugh area with just one application. The results are very good! Our brick patio never looked so good and the water just sheets off.

Expensive but worth it. No yellow easy to put on,hard to determine quanity needed.Home Depot very helpful.

Goes on with a milk-like consistency. You can definitely see the water-proofing abilities at work during a good rain. Dries to a natural concrete color, whitens the concrete slightly. Most importantly, does not DARKEN your concrete like a lot of other products on the market. Good stuff.

I rented a concrete buffer with diamond wheel to strip old flaking epoxy pain off a 1956 garage floor. I cleaned it well with a concrete floor cleaner degreaser and let air dry completely so the S-20 could soak in fully. I applied 2 good coats on an approximate 15 x 25 garage floor and steps with a pump sprayer which wormed very well. It is harder to apply to vertical surface since it is more of a water consistancy. Front of steps took more applictions and I applied it as it would absorb/dry quicker than flat areas. Allowed to soak in well and pushed excess around with a smooth surface nice quality paint roller/handle. It soaked up well. Water repels off the surface very nicely since the S-20 absorbed deep. A few spots do abosorb slight amounts of water and I may clean and try to reapply in 6 months to see if it will take anymore S-20. I believe I have ~2gallons left from the area I had done. I may use some outside on our newer conrete to help protect it as well. Best of luck! It would be good for HD to carry this in the sotre even in gallon cans. it was hard to estimate how much I would use and 5 gallons seemed like a lot but I can use some in other areas.
