We’re sorry to hear that you’re not completely satisfied with the finish on your new Delta Faucet 5-Spray H2OKinetic shower head. You will find that the use of PVD finishes is common throughout our industry and that finish variations are not unique to our products. The PVD process we use in the manufacture of many of our finished products adds the color to our Brilliance faucets and also provides superior abrasion resistance. We attempt to minimize variations in color by utilizing certain control methods. However, differences in sizes, shapes and materials of individual faucet parts can produce variations in color that can sometimes be noticeable to the human eye, despite the controls we have in place.

Don't buy Delta
Delta does not stand behind their products, they do not honor their warranty. One of the rubber nozzles came off of the spray head and they will not replace it, they said it was not a defect. Now my shower has a large hole where that rubber nozzle used to be. The stream of water coming out of that hole could poke your eye out! Will never purchase their products again. Customer service is a joke.

leaks

I like the length of hose and the massage pressure of the water. I had a fall that crushed all discs in lower lumbar and this massage is great.
Being partially disabled I have to some times use a chair in the shower due to not being able to stand for long. The long hose and the great massage with really good water pressure helps my back and helps me to shampoo my hair with out nearly falling over. I love this and recommend people with weak back or legs to invest in this. We are planning on adding a bathroom down stairs and we will purchase another one of these ourselves.
