Not as "heavy duty" as I had expected, and definitely not kink-resistant. I don't have high hopes for its longevity. If you are looking for a hard-working hose, this is NOT it.

The main reason I purchased this particular hose is because...
The main reason I purchased this particular hose is because of its brass fittings. I'm using the hose to provide water to my greenhouse soaker hose, so the hose remains fully extended on the ground all the time. I was able to straighten it out relatively easily after leaving it full of water in the hot sun. I have had no problems so far with leaks or kinks. It is connected to a timer, so there will only be water pressure when the timer turns on.

The hose is excellent I followed the instructions on what to do before using. I figured there was no way to know how long the hose was coiled in he package. Therefore I uncoiled the hoses {I bought 2} in the back yard for 7 days in direct sun lite. Ran water through them tested for leaks all is good. The hoses kink one in a while but not a issue. Use the hoses often because ihave a new lawn 50,000 sq ft.
