I bought this item a couple months ago. Easy installation, not a single problem installing it and completely satisfied with the quality. I purchased it to use as a storage rack for my 12 foot fishing kayak and it works great. I highly recommend it.

The most frustrating customer service experience with the SafeRacks/MonsterRax company. Parts package was missing two of the hex bolts and they would not ship me replacements without a huge hassle with order number, etc. Will never deal with them again.

Very sturdy very well designed a little bit more difficult to put together than anticipated, still a relatively straightforward job for a single person. Extremely stable once assembled. Good quality materials

It is sturdy & just what I wanted in garage for storage.

Installed above garage door for lower height and easier to see garage attic storage. The drill bit in the instructions made a hole that seemed too tight for the screw, so used the next large size drill bit and the screw did not feel as if would snap. The joists were uncovered, so locating and installing was easier. The packaging could be better as the ends of the wire decking were bent, but was able to straighten the ends with pliers. The 4 foot support rails are not too heavy or long for one person to handle and align to vertical brackets. Once fasteners are tight, it is a strong and rigid assembly.

A bit Pricey, but it is the highest quality rack on the market. It was easy to install and is holding up great.
