High quality saw blades as all Milwaukee products I've used before. Say true, I don't need to cut a lot of high quality metal and I don't do it too often. So I cannot tell how long it will last for a professionals, but for me it will work forever. It's easy to install and it makes nice cuts. I am impressed by the cutting speed and easy operation. May be it's my mistake, but I use it cutting soft and hard plastic pipes too and it performs perfectly. Big thanks to the company from DIY people like me.

These portable bandsaw blades will fit any portable bandsaw that accepts 44 7/8" blades. Which is good because my Miwaukee M18 bandsaw dissapeared and I had to use a corded version. They cut fine, especially on fine, thin metal, such as conduit and other thin metals. It cuts aluminum very well, too. I used it to cut a section of thin aluminum angle stock that would bend easily and it cut it without binding. Plus, this is a high quantity package with 25 blades, That reduces the cost per blade considerably. And these blades dispense from the package with no fuss!

This package is a real humdinger! It has 25 blades for those jobs that demand cut after cut. But I have found that you won't have to change blades as often with these fine ones from Milwaukee! These 8-10 TPI will cut just about any metal you have to cut, from iron pipe to motorcycle frames. I have even used these to make slices of wood for my smoker. They work in all portable bandsaws that accept 44 7/8" blades. Good thing, too because my M18 bandsaw developed legs and walked off. I just wish I had Milwakee's One Key attached to it, but that is another story. These blades just keep on cutting, and this has TWENTY-FIVE blades in a box!

These blades are invaluable and well worth the investment. If you need a portable band saw the Milwaukee brand are great and their warranty matches any other product out there. Their blades stand up to a lot of cutting. I'd recommend ordering several tooth patterns and several packs because they do wear out and it's important to have some spares and different blades for different tasks.

Very nice blades, well made, and heavy duty, and, they are made in the U.S.A.! If you have a deep cut, portable band saw, and you need to cut thin metal, these 44 7/8 inch high speed steel bands are the blades you need, and when you buy the three pack, you save money! Tgey are best used for stainless steel pipe, sched 10 and 40 pipe, copper pipe, ridgid and EMT conduit, Inistrut, and Ducting.

Husband is a jack of all trades. He has used Milwaukee blades for several years without issues. They fit perfectly, cut like butter through many metal applications. When used correctly, they give long lasting performance per blade which saves time and money. From experienced DYIs, Milwaukee gives great customer service, as well. Meets expectations. Fast shipping, well packaged and a good value.

Most of my sawing is on thinner wall tube, but sometimes I need to cut thick wall and solids. I tried these 8/10 pitch blades on some 1-1/2 inch 304 stainless bar I was using for a project, and they worked beautifully. Sliced right through with a smooth cut. I did not notice the weld seam at all - no skipping or dragging, nothing. I mic'd it and the thickness at the weld is the same as the blade, so Milwaukee did a good job there. I've only cut through about 10 pieces of stainless bar, but the teeth are still razor sharp, and the last cut was as fast as the first cut. Definitely some good quality blades. Oh and they're made in the USA.

I had no problem cutting through several dozen pieces of 2 inch diameter .120 DOM tube. The 12/14 pitch cuts clean, and makes for a fast cut, about 30 seconds per tube. I also sliced up a few pieces of a 4x4 square .120 wall tube and it went through like butter. The blade's weld is good quality, flat, and ground to correct thickness. It is a little rough though, and I found that smoothing it quickly with some fine sandpaper helps a bit. But in general it doesn't catch / hiccup much when the weld goes through, it just cuts. So far there are no signs of early wear, the blade is still as sharp as ever. I usually use Morse brand blades, but I've been using more and more Milwuakee brand, and their quality seems to be very good.

I use these on a Milwaukee M18 deep cut bandsaw mainly for cutting mild steel. I’d been using the coarser tooth blades but I have to say I like the smoother edge I get with these. Of course they fit the saw well. One thing I noticed out of the box is the welds at the blade joints. I included a picture which can only illustrate so well but one thing you notice when you run a finger across the weld is how smooth it is on both sides. The finish is very good. I cant say the same for all the blades I have tried. I used some lenox blades (mainly because I broke one and needed one fast and they were 10 minutes away) and they are not bad blades but I don’t think they had quite the quality at the joint that these do. It just bespeaks an attention to detail. Anyway these hold up well and will give you a lot of cuts as long as you don’t do something that would break any blade like try to rush a cut and bind a blade.

This is a 25 pack of 44-7/8 inch Bi-Metal 12/14 TPI Variable pitch metal cutting bandsaw blades. The area where the blade is welded together is one of the more important areas on a bandsaw blade. Milwaukee did a fine job making sure that these blades are uniform in thickness and alignment (See photo). These blades run smoothly without any interruption when the welded section passes the cutting area and blade guides. The 12/14 TPI (Teeth Per Inch) confuses many people. The blade is a variable pitch which means teeth of the blade are 12 TPI in some places, and 14 TPI in others. This creates sections with teeth of two different sizes, and gullets. This is done to reduce harmonics, vibrations and chatter, and is most noticeable when cutting pipe or tubing. When you cut a pipe, the blade has more surface contact when cutting the top section and bottom portion of the pipe, but only has a small surface contact area when cutting the middle of the pipe where it is just cutting thru the two thin walled sides of the pipe. A variable pitch blade can accommodate cutting both thin and thick cross sections without changing out the blade. This 44-7/8 inch size blade is used on many different brands of small and portable bandsaws, and is often listed in metric which would be a length of 1139mm or 1140mm. With a 12/14 TPI blade, these are better suited for cutting thin material. You would want a courser blade (8/10 TPI) for cutting thick materials which Milwaukee also makes. These blades are Made in the USA.

As always from this great company, these are great long lasting and fast cutting blades! They easily cut through thick metal and do it fairly quickly too! They aren't designed for thin metal so if you can only get one type of blade I would get the thin metal blades since you still can cut thick metal with those it will just take more time. These thick metal blades catch on real thin metal.

As always, a great top notch product from this company! These blades last a very long time and they cut everything I tried to cut very well! The seam is nicely ground and the box is easy to store the rest while you use one. These have 12/14 tpi for cutting thin metal, but they will cut thicker metal if you can only afford one 25 pack I would buy this one first so you can cut any thickness of metal. It may be a bit slower in heavy metals, but with the 8/10 tpi you can't cut thin metal nicely!

I just bought a Milwaukee cordless portable band saw that did not ship with any blades. Over the last few years I've become a true believer in Milwaukee products. I'm slowly upgrading my entire tool arsenal to the Milwaukee brand so when I needed blades they're the brand I chose. I ordered a box of 10/14 THIN METAL. As expected they fit my saw perfectly and had no problem cutting through thick or thin stock, ferrous and non-ferrous. I couldn't find any warranty information on these blades but like most products Home Depot sells there is a 90 day return policy.

I purchased these blades for some frame saws I am making. The blades were appealing because of the price and the Milwaukee brand. However, these are very thin steel brands. They cut ok but have significant lateral flex, causing issues for me. Price - Good Value - Not so good Cutting - Cut just ok

I love my new Milwaukee 44-7/8 in. Extreme Thin Metal 12/14 TPI Band Saw Blades. The blade is made from stainless steel to be able to make more cuts. This blade walked through a piece 3/8-inch-thick structural steel that I’m using to make into a new shoe for a snow plow attachment. The blade worked so well I’m wondering how thick “Thin Metal” is supposed to be, 3/8 of an inch was no problem. In my project I’m cutting the corners off a square piece of steel, so I don’t have to grind as much to make it a round disc. I would recommend the new Milwaukee 44-7/8 in. “Extreme Thin Metal 12/14 TPI Band Saw Blade” for your deep cut bandsaw.

Milwaukee portable band saw blades 44-7/8 in. 8/10 TPI Metal Deep Cut Portable Extreme Band Saw Blade (25-Pack). These Milwaukee portable band saw blades are hardworking blades. Please be aware they is a break in procedure to ensure the blades last for a long time. The first 100 linear inches cut should be cut at half speed. After the saw has cut 100 inches of material the saw can be moved up to full speed for the material that you are cutting. These Extreme Metal blades have a variable pitch design that should give you approximately three times longer life that the other blades. Fewer blades changes equals more actual work or production time since you are not changing blades. These Milwaukee blades cut material leaving very smooth and straight cuts. Typically, the 8 /10 Tooth Per Inch is recommended for cutting ¼” to ½ inch thick material. The fewer teeth per inch should also be used at a lower speed when cutting vs maybe 12 to 14 TPI blades. They worked great for cutting 2 3/8 inch, 2 7/8 inch and 4-inch steel pipe for fencing and gate posts. Home Depot offers the standard duty blades in two packs in the store. Please go to Home Depot.com to order these blades in large packs. There is a 3 pack and a 25-pack available with free shipping to your local Home Depot store. As you can see in the photos attached the blade cuts extremely smooth with leaving any burrs and very slight markings on the cut metal ends. The 8/10 TPI leaves just a little bit more scratches on the metal cut edge vs the 12/14 TPI. Both without burrs and extremely smooth. Metal cut and half speed. Very impressive cutting blades.

Milwaukee Extreme Series Metal cutting blades, 44-7/8 in. 12/14 TPI Metal Deep Cut Portable Extreme Metal Cutting Band Saw Blade (25-Pack). These blades offer faster cutting time in thin hard metal and the aggressive tooth design for 2 times faster cuts in thick metals. The blades offer three times the life in stainless and other extreme metals, twenty five percent more cuts per battery pack charge and an optimized tooth design for clean cuts and debris removal. These Extreme Metal Band saw blades offer one blade for all thickness metals and the variable teeth per inch cuts more materials. Complete your job faster with out wasting time changing the blades on your band saw. Home Depot offers the standard duty blades in two packs in the store. Please go to Home Depot.com to order these blades in large packs. There is a 3 pack and a 25-pack available with free shipping to your local Home Depot store. The Milwaukee blades seem to be a little thicker and not as bendable as a typical blade. They are a little harder to install on the saw but leave flawless cuts. Tracked excellent for precise cutting without any burrs o the metal.

I had a chance to use one of my new Milwaukee Deep Cut Portable Extreme Metal Cutting Band Saw Blades today. All I can say is the blade walked through a piece of 4x4 inch square tube, ¼ inch thick steel like a hot knife through butter. There was no chatter, no binding, no problems. The blade just walks through the steel progressing with a nice steady pace. The first cut almost looks like it was milled. My second cut wasn’t as good but that was due to operator error. The teeth on the blade has a 8/10 TPI aggressive variable pitched tooth design. The blade is made from stainless steel to provide more cuts before needing to be replaced. I would definitely recommend this blade for cutting thick metal tube or bar stock. I love my deep throat Milwaukee band saw.

Milwaukee came out with the new extreme thick metal deep cut bandsaw blades. When I saw these I knew I wanted to try them out on my deep cut band saw. I ordered a box of 25. My order came in, I open the box and the blades were in a box too. The box was 17-1/2 in. L x 10-1/2 in. W x 3/4 in. H. On the top side of the box there is a perforated opening this is so you don't have to pull all the blades out at once to get one blade. This opening allows you to get one at a time for convenience. This is a well thought-out design for the Box. I pulled a blade out of the box and it is 47-7/8 in. L x 1/2 in. W. It has an aggressive variable pitched tooth design that is 8/10 TPI = ( teeth per inch ) There is approximately 432 teeth on each blade and they are very sharp. I love the fact that I won't have to change blades for different metal thicknesses anymore because this blade is made for All Metals thicknesses. I cut a couple pieces of galvanized pipe and it cuts fast and clean. I was impressed with these extreme blades. Milwaukee also did an excellent job on the welding of the two ends of the blades together and a nice smooth grinding of the welds. Milwaukee says these blades are 3X life and it will give you more cut and less blade changes, I am looking forward to that. Milwaukee did an outstanding job on giving us a high-performance portable bandsaw blades. These blades will keep us more productive out in the field. Milwaukee gets 5 stars from me on the extreme blades. I do recommend these blades 100%.

The Milwaukee 44-7/8in. 24 TPI .bi-metal deep cut portable band saw blades (25-pack ) is a great way for me to stock up on band saw blades. I cut a lot of angle iron and I always liked to use Milwaukee blades. These blades use a Matrix II high-speed steel teeth with 8-percentage cobalt for a smooth cut. I like to brake up broken blades to use in my Milwaukee compact hacksaw when I need to.
