This surge protector Works excellent, we have a lot of power surges in our Mobile Home Park here in Oregon, the Culligan water softeners were Miss calculating due to the power surges

Would be 5 star but, I didn’t like the fact that it had to be charged for 8 hours.

A few months ago the power flashed at our house during a storm. Our desktop computer went down and would not reboot. It cost us $200 to have it fixed, plus many days of trying to recover the lost pictures and information. I ordered this battery backup (which I should have had years ago!) to avoid a similar incident. Recently a huge storm came through and the power was dimming and flashing like I've never seen, until it finally went out all together. The battery backup worked flawlessly. The computer stayed running the whole time. I used it for a few minutes to track the storm, but then shut it down properly. Don't know how long the battery would have lasted. Every computer should have one of these battery backups if they're left on for prolonged periods of time. Especially since they're not very expensive. Highly recommended.

The device is good enough for my TV and cable box. Try to protect my devices from the continue power spikes in my area.

So far it is working fine. Charged up and went on line.

I have 25 that are currently installed and have not had any issues with the product itself right out the gate.... I will have to wait for an actual power interruption to make sure they work as advertised, hence the 4 star rating at this time.... Overall a solid product.

After fully charging the units, bought 7, they kept tripping the batt. side of the unit. Printer pulled too much power for it. So I am only able to plug a desktop and monitor in to battery side for each computer station. Everything else had to be moved over to the surge protector side without batt.

Just what I was looking for in a small UPS system.

A replacement for an old one that went bad after 15 years.

This was a replacement battery for a previous one. I had it for 10 years and never had a problem.

Works as expected

Have not experienced a lighting strike or power surge, so not completely sure system works as advertised.

This is my second CyberPower battery back-up. The first one was this exact model and lasted 4yrs. For the price 4yrs is a good deal, The only thing I plug into the battery side is our cable modem and cell phone booster. With just those two the battery lasted 40 minutes. Plenty of time for me to get the generator running after power outage. Home Depot is the only place I could find this to replace the first one. Ordered on line and shipped to my door in less than a week. Cant say if this is better or worse than another brand because this is all I have owned. Works just fine for me and that's all I care about. If you need a back up on a low power draw electronic buy this one.

Charged it up, installed it and plugged it in and all was good again with my Elevator

Arrived broken.

I set this up for a family member. Here in Florida there is often small power blips, service interruptions, that can cause a computer or cable TV/Internet signal to be dropped and then you have to wait for everything to reset and come back up. Not anymore with this UPS Battery Backup. If the power interruption seems like it will last longer than 10 or 12 minutes, there is time to shut down the TV and computer in the normal manner. I have been using this exact model for many many years on my equipment.

I like the wider spaces between the plugs compared with other brands. Great for single computers and their peripherals.

The battery was easy to install in my elevator machine equipment. Started right up and now I have my elevator back up battery ready to take over when needed.

Good value. Limited capacity, excellent for smaller devices.

I purchased two of these after old item failed. I use these on all my electronics (tv, computers, phones too). I like the way they work not only when power goes out, protected from brown outs and surges also. Home depot not only beat the price and delivered them for FREE.

The drill was real easy to assemble.

Prompt delivery and easy to assemble, no problem at all. Good.
