The chisel face broke in half after 5 hits into mortar between bricks.

It broke after the 6th hit. Shattered into 4 pieces. The only thing left holding it together was the price tag! Useless now!

I'm not a blacksmith, but Im rather certain this is cast and not forged as advertised. Broke while knocking the lips off some diamond block. 1 star for lying.

Good weight, good feel - terrible build quality. I am chiseling out some old, rotten brick from my basement using this and a basic hammer. In under ten minutes, the chisel had snapped in half (pictured). Will be returning, however I bought this online and the return process has required me to jump through a number of hoops, further frustrating this situation.

Worked better than I thought it would. I felt like a stone mason.

Broad blade length allows easier cleaning of bricks if able to separate old mortar. Diamond blade on grinder is back up plan, but more likely to scar bricks. Handle of chisel floats more than desirable.

I used it to cut my concrete tile. it worked well but broke my one of the tiles, that was my mistake, i recommend the product.

To cut the bricks on the angle you want it the brick has to be placed on top of a softer base like a bag of soil, sand… I tried it on top of my yard small rocks it didn’t cut it right.

I bought this to remove floor and ceiling tile from my bathroom. Made short work of it and the hand guard was very useful the couple times I missed with the hammer. Without the guard I would have had a nasty bruise.

Works pretty good, not great though. I needed to chip away some landscape brick to make another one fit on top. PROS: Easy to hold, didn't break, did not accidentally hit my hand because of the guard on it (I'm pretty sure I would have if it didn't have that feature). CONS: Could not make a clean break, could only chip away bits and pieces, which eventually worked altho not like I wanted. Maybe I needed the bigger size. Don't see how this would break through a thick brick.

It's a chisel. The fact that HD has asked me to review it 13 different times since March and I have requested they stop asking me on 4 separate occasions has me seeing red. If someone doesn’t leave a review on a product after the first 9 requests, the next 4 are only going to tick them off.

Works great love the protector for your hand great in tight places save your hand.

Bought it to score garden bricks for a retaining wall. It broke half the tip off after 2 bricks.
