Fit for what was needed.

They did for the most part but the one feature that had me return them was the deal breaker. Your online diagram of the door pull and it components showed the buyer the handle was already fixed to the stainless steel plate and in fact it was not fixed to the plate.

Well made product. The door is used 50 to 100 times a day. I feel it is up to the job.

I ordered this door handle to replace a cheap one that was on the front door of our frozen yogurt shop. The stainless steel handle and plate are sturdy and solid, well worth it!

Product Great quality! It's all about measuring correctly and drilling the right size pilot hole for the cover plate.

Along with the product's quality, high marks are due Home Depot customer service. We ordered several of these stainless steel doorplates for one of our buildings' elevator doors. One of the few twice had to be returned for defects unacceptable at this price. I recommend you inspect each one upon delivery and immediately return it. Doing so at a store was possible for us and each time, an employee easily accepted the return, ordered a replacement and did so with a professional, pleasant and efficient manner. We're pleased with not only the actual product, but with Home Depot's service. Thank you.
