The vanity top came in defective and had a heck of a time getting it sent back.

Marble color looks decent enough for a budget vanity. 4 months have passed since I received a defective unit and the vendor has been unable to manufacture and deliver a warranty replacement. Home Depot customer service is equally poor.

The quality appears good. The color, however, is not what I expected. The description says it is white (what I wanted), but it is actually more like a cream color.

Sample was fine , having to buy it to make a choice is Absolutely Rediculous!! How can you sell custom vanity tops and not have a sample chart at the store? Lowe’s has samples and if you need additional ones they send you four free! Home Depot was more convenient for me so I bought two vanity tops from you but Very Dissatisfied that I had to pay 15$ to have a sample sent to me, Wake Up

I wish these samples were available in the store. We have $30 in samples that we have no use for now.

Looks like cheap plastic...

I preordered a sample block to confirm color. The finish product had dark gray streak accents instead of the warm brown as shown on the sample I received. Let down.

Looks very nice-natural soft, gray for striations -base color is not bright white but a very soft light linen, so dosn't look "plastic" works well with cool colors and darker colors of warm tones. Only gave 4 stars due to lousy shipping/packing. Sink underside was cracked-was refunded/replaced with no problem from HDepot. Its a good inexpensive value for tighter budgets, small odd size area like my bathroom, etc. where you dont want to drop a fortune for custom and nothing prebuilt will fit!

Do not custom order these tops unless you like subpar quality. The ones manufactured and sold in the store or as part of a package are likely better, but the custom tops are awful. I ordered one for my 55" vanity and there is a significant crown in the middle, so much so that a 1/4' or more gap exists from the bottom side of the top to the top of my vanity cabinet (or when I set my level on top, the gap at each end is 1/4"). Obviously, when that is the case, the next expectation is to set something of weight on it, only to watch it crack. Additionally, the edges are only as thick as they are (3mm) becuase it's not the continous depth throughout the top and is "formed" by a one or two inch band for which you have to compensate with blocking if your cabinet doesn't extend to all the walls (this band is not continuous around the entire top either). After several calls and emails to customer service to file a warranty claim, they advised me 1/4" is within their tolerance standards and my only "recourse" was to order a new one. However, there is no way to return the old one since it was a special order. Thus, if I ordered a new one, I would be stuck with not one, but two, substandard vanity tops of inferior quality. I guess it pays to spend a little extra and not have to deal with the headache. I'll likely be taking my business to Lowe's or Menard's where the quality and craftsmanship of their products seems to be substantially higher than many of HD's vendors.

The integral rectangular sink in white quartz that I ordered is absolutely stunning. The silver veining in translucent white is subtle and realistic looking. It is linear like real onyx or marble (no cheesy swirls). My contractor thought it was a real marble sink! He couldn't believe it was cultured marble. The integral rectangle is contemporary & very chic. The material feels like stone & shines like polished stone. Even if it dulls over the years, it will still be beautiful, because of the translucence of the material, like old marble that's acquired a patina. Love, love, love this sink.
