Redid My Deck From 1995, Looks GREAT, Worked GREAT. Very Happy With Product, Used 2 Gal For 9 x 16 Deck Covered Very Nice.

We have the same comment as previous reviewers. We did follow the instructions and prep our decks...
We have the same comment as previous reviewers. We did follow the instructions and prep our decks like the OEM specified however less than a year later it is peeling badly. A lot of money and time wasted. DO NOT BUY!!!

Yikes, that’s not what we like to hear, Carol! Rust-Oleum Restore 10X Advance offers a textured finish and is a solid, thick stain. If you are looking for a more transparent stain, check out Rust-Oleum Restore Semi-Transparent Stain.

Horrible Product....Dont buy!
For people in the Great NW.....Lousy product
last summer in a 1 week time frame of dry weather...
I did exactly as state last summer- brand new board laid down. Press washed and prep with adhearing spray and then paint 2 days later. this spring...7 months later, bubble and peeling up. I am very ticked as I bought 3 gallons of the product and it didn't even last me a yr.

Not worth the money
Similar experience as the other review. Would not recommend. Started peeling within a couple of months of putting down - even on new wood. I can deal with being like cake batter and somewhat expect it to be that way, but the peeling is ridiculous.

That is not what we like to hear. Please keep in mind, preparation is key to Rust-Oleum Restore 10X Advanced adhering properly. To properly prepare your surface we recommend starting your project using either the Restore Deck Start Wood Primer or the Restore Deck Stripper. POOR product
The was very hard to put down, splatter every where, poor coverage came in a 5gal bucket with only 4gal in it. Only cover 10 sq ft. All ready peeling down since 6-24-15. 10X should be recalled, defective.
