The shower head was plugged and would not allow water...
The shower head was plugged and would not allow water to pass through it. I called Moen but they also said it was defective and sent me a new shower head. Luckily, the old shower head fit on the new hose and I could at least have use of a shower again. The hose was leaking on the old Moen shower.

Love the adjustable shower head, but the shower arm bracket is made of cheap plastic and cracked....
Love the adjustable shower head, but the shower arm bracket is made of cheap plastic and cracked. Now does not hold the shower head in place. Looking for replacement bracket now. Recommend only if the plastic bracket is replaced with a metal bracket.

The 4-spray handheld shower head is fine. It is not as good as the original we had to replace as...
The 4-spray handheld shower head is fine. It is not as good as the original we had to replace as far as 4-spray capabilities, but it much better than not being able to use the one we had to replace.
