Cheap - you get what you pay for.
The boxes at my local Home Depot for this product looked like they'd been kicked from New York to Florida, and unfortunately they looked like that for all of the boxes of this product. This was the one I liked though, and the price was right for my budget.
I should've just paid $100 for a decent fixture. This one is terrible.
1 - Buy your own hardware. Don't even bother using the stuff they give you because it's cheap.
2 - The two long screws that attach the front to the mounting plate were too small for the decorative nuts that were supposed to hold it together. I kept turning and turning and turning and they never tightened. I finally dug around in one of our tool drawers and used two silver nuts. Normally I'd take it back but I'd been painting the bedroom, bathroom, and trim for two days and I was tired. I was ready to be done.
3 - The arms for the lights are crooked. When you get the shades on there, it's quite noticeable.
4 - The light sockets inside the arms are crooked, making it hard to tighten the shades in there.
Do yourselves a favor and just pay the money for a nicer fixture. Mine is staying until I have the urge and the money to do this again.
