Sandpaper was an inch wider than the sanding block next to it I purchased. I need to read more carefully. Why would they make it wider?

Very effective and easy to use to fine tune wallboard work which fits on a sanding block or a power sander. For heavier workloads, use the metal or similar screen mesh looking material.

This sanding sheet worked very well. I use it to sand down the drywall compound.

Perfect For Sanding Spackle
I am no expert, but I found this sandpaper to be perfect to sand the spackle holes in preperation for painting. I would highly recomend it to all your do it your-selfers!

Great help for the over spackler.
For those of us who tend to be a bit heavier on the spackling application when repairing for a paint job, this helped to sand the extra off quicker.
