Even though we have an underground gutter systems, when it rains quick and hard they tend to overflow at the base. We liked the InvisaFlow Channel Guard because they are wide and can help catch the overflow rain and divert it away from the foundation. We made a cut (not all the way through) on the end just to fold up behind the gutter. And then we made a cut the circumference of the pipe to form nicely around the pipe and sealed it with silicone. We used an Xacto knife to cut through it. This does an excellent job of catching any overflow when needed. You can be a little creative on how you use it. It would also work great if you let your gutter just drain into it as well.

Problem: ugly downspouts. Very simple to install & blends into the landscaping very nicely. Very cost effective & simple to put together if you need a longer run.

I bought 5 of these to use as splash blocks. The blue ones that came with the house were gross so I saw these and a light bulb went on. I just laid it in place and filled it with river pebbles. It works great and the rocks are far more attractive than those blue ones and I imagine less expensive.

I agree with the reviewers who stated the product needs modifications. I followed the instructions from one of the reviews, plus one additional step.....since the bottom of the channel has to be flush with ground level, I splayed the sides a bit and secured them with edging stakes; otherwise, I felt the sides stuck up too high. It also helped to make the end wider, which looks nice. I think a similar result could be achieved with landscape edging and sheet plastic, which I plan to try in the front, where I prefer more organic curves. When installed correctly, they do funnel water from the house. Also, the price is right, which makes up for the few minutes spent making alterations.

We were tired of losing our mulch everytime it rained. I saw these on Pinterest and was excited that Home Depot carried them! What a difference and I like the mini dry creekbed look.

These look and work great. The one reviewer who bolts them together was a big help especially for longer runs. Great option from the deeper trench drains with grate on top. These are nice and thick also. I made it so the gravel was a little shallow in the center so when there's a heavy storm the water moves quicker. Before I did that it would over flow but only during really heavy rain.

This worked great to stop erosion from my drain pipes.

Great product. Perfect for what I needed.

The product works as intended. Although the sides didn't come straight up, they were bent inwards a bit. But that's ok, because it doesn't affect its performance. I put it under the downspout at the corner of my back porch. I have a little garden there and didn't want water flooding the area or going under the porch or house. I placed some old ceramic tiles in along the sides and filled the center with pebbles to dress it up a bit. So far it works just fine, directing the water to the outside of the garden area and into the grass. I placed a couple of long, skinny pieces of granite side-by-side (old counter top) underneath it to give it support so I could prop it up at the top for the channel guard to slope downward.

The Channel Guard worked perfect allowing us to add a splash of color to our flower bed and divert the water way from the flower bed and house. Very easy to install. I even extended the Channel Guard in another flower bed. The Guard was easy to cut and slide together for the extension in a wider bed.

This product is an economical and effective way to protect your foundation and fencing from the damaging effects of water. It is easy to cut and work with and is the perfect length and width to get the job done. There are many YouTube Videos that explain how to install a drip edge using this kind of product. The 38 in. Channel Guard Reinforced with Pond Pebbles and Steel Edging provides a good way to keep the damaging effects of wet dirt and debris away from foundations.

Easy to install and really made a great mow strip for the pole barn!

Nice product to use under my new vinyl fence. Installed 27 of this product and looks great when filled with landscape stone. Will definitely keep the mower and weed wacker away from the fence and post.. A little digging required to install under fence but it's worth the time. Looks great.

I've used Channel Guard on quite a few fence projects. The installation is easy. The end result looks great. It eliminates all of the 'weed eater' maintenance immediately.

I have used Channel Guard Edging for fences, splash blocks, and mow strips. It is easy to use and looks great! Gives the landscape a clean & finished appearance.

Perfect for a way to extend our Sump Pump splash guard through our garden.

Bought 2 pieces for a 6' run. This product was not Flat. The ends were warped/curved upwards about 2" each above the center created a slight "U" shape. Could not get it flat even in warm weather with rocks in it. I even temporarily filled them with heavy bricks and left them for a few days in the sun. Just would not go flat & could not get the 2 pieces to meet properly. Ended up cutting off the sides and using bits & pieces of the flatter bottom pieces for another project.

product not made for joining together. Arrived in shape that would not conform to shape intended. would not recommend or purchase again

This is a very expensive piece of junk. Was not able to use it for what I needed.

The original version of this product was superior; this new version uses thinner materials and is flimsy compared to the original thicker version.

It came completely misfired and twisted out of shape. Not the quality I expected

This was perfect for what I needed it for to create a rainscape!

Did divert water from going on neighbor’s lawn, but could not lock together so just overlapped.
